The shop is unassuming on the outside but it's so cute inside and much larger than it appeared outside. Upon my arrival, I was immediately greeted by Cali and we got started. Shout out to Cali, she was friendly, professional, gentle with my ears and she answered all my questions about future piercings I'd like. Pain was minimal and the process went pretty quickly. Total was 120 including tip. Cali discussed aftercare with me and provided her card for any questions. During the session, she was kind and worked with me on placement, and the tattoo was pretty painless. It looked great walking out the door. Within two months, it had visibly faded. I have several fine line tattoos on my hands and the back of my arm, so I know exactly how this style heals and ages, none of my other pieces (some years old) have ever faded like this. When I reached out about it, I was told fading like this was "normal" and that I'd have to pay out of pocket for a touch-up. That's not been my experience with fine line work elsewhere, and other artists have told me they'd touch up their own work for free within six months if it faded. Paying again to fix a problem that shouldn't have happened in the first place isn't something I'd recommend signing up for.
