This is my favorite credit union and location! My mom introduced me to this bank nearly 10 years…read moreago, and I can't thank her enough. I secured a low interest rate on my auto loan and loved how easy it was to set up automatic payments straight from my account. The atmosphere here is warm and welcoming, and the staff truly treat you like family. They've celebrated my milestones with me, from paying off my auto loan to opening a CD account for my son. One of the best features is how my debit card helps me save without even thinking about it--every time I swipe, it rounds up my purchases and adds the difference to my round up savings account. The app makes banking a breeze too! I can transfer money, pay bills, and deposit checks all from my phone. Plus, the card controls allow me to easily enable or disable my debit card whenever I need to. I always leave happier after chatting with Maria, Mike, and Fitchie--they're such a joy to see when I walk in!

I had an exceptional experience working with Fitchie Reyes at Provident Credit Union, and I can't…read morerecommend her highly enough. I recently purchased a very rare and highly specialized vehicle--something that doesn't fit neatly into standard lending or valuation models. From the start, Fitchie understood that this wasn't a typical car purchase. She took the time to truly understand the uniqueness of the vehicle, worked through the complexities around valuation, and made a strong internal case to ensure the deal could move forward. What really stood out was her willingness to work outside the usual processes where needed, while still being thorough, professional, and incredibly responsive. She proactively championed my situation, secured the right exceptions, and made what could have been a difficult, frustrating process feel smooth and straightforward. I chose to finance through my credit union intentionally--I wanted to own this vehicle as a long-term investment, not lease it, and I didn't want to pay excessive interest. Provident delivered on all fronts with a phenomenal interest rate, and Fitchie made it possible for me to finally acquire a car I had been searching for over two years. If you have a unique or non-standard financing need and want someone who will actually advocate for you, Fitchie Reyes is outstanding. This is what great member service looks like.

Do they need another 1 star review? They sure do…read more I was wondering why there were chairs in the line. First time I have ever seen that. Came on a weekday around noon and there's 6 people waiting in front of me and one teller. If you want to wait 45 mins+ for a transaction for your own bank account then come to this branch. I figured people have complain so they put chairs for people to sit while waiting in line. I was on the chair for 15 mins and gave up as that one teller was still helping that first customer in line. I complain about the ridiculous line to the branch manager Arlene. She says she knows it's a long wait. Ok, so do something about it instead of having customers wait that long for their own bank acct services. 0/5 stars

You have multiple verbal confirmation, a digital and physical print out of the info, and you still enter the data wrong. What happened to double confirming your entries? He called me a few days later asking me to come in because he needed to change it, at first obfuscating his mistake, even pointing fingers at me, before admitting that he miss-input my information. I've worked in this industry before. I know what the system looks like. Mistakes happen, sure, but the attitude is equally important. Han should have came clean immediately on the phone, apologized, and asked if I was available any time this week to come in instead of trying to pressure me to come in immediately regardless of my schedule or obligations. The avg rating you see on Yelp is accurate. Make sure you double check their work because they won't.

I love my new Financial Partners Credit Union!…read more I had to find a new credit union near my home, since I am disabled now and don't drive on the freeways anymore. After an extensive search, I found that Financial Partners stood head and shoulders above all the rest. It is the staff who makes a business what it is.. Either awful or excellent. Either cold and sterile or warm and welcoming. The people at the South San Francisco location, Branch Manager Sina Ouattara, Member Services Officer Brandan Bickham, Member Service Representative Suzan Romero-Weaver, and Personal Banking Officer Lorenzo Avila, are all outstanding people. They are warm, caring, helpful, dedicated, knowledgeable, professional, and their level of customer service is unsurpassed. I love to go in and experience their cheerful smiles and wonderful personalities. Right now, I would urge anyone who would like to find a home for their financial needs to locate your nearest Financial Partners Credit Union. Go in and meet the people who work there. Ask questions. See what they have to offer. Open an account. You'll be glad you did! At this time, my credit union is donating a certain amount of money to charity each time members use the two hashtags below on social media sites. What those hashtags say is what I really feel, so this is very easy for me to do. It is my pleasure to help my Financial Partners Credit Union raise money for the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals! #ILoveMyCreditUnion #ILoveFPCU

I went to this bank because the one closer to my home was so busy!…read moreWhen I walked in, I was greeted right away by Personal Banker Geoffrey Manalo. I was there to resolve a situation with my mother's account. Needless to say, he was very helpful, knowledgeable and compassionate. What I thought would be a long process, he cleared up the situation rather quickly so my mother did not have to be in the bank for a very long time. He referred me to the teller (Asian gal - sorry I didn't get her name). She in turn was very helpful in helping me complete my transaction, even escorting me to the ATM machine outside to be sure the transfer went through without any hitches. I don't think I would have received the same service in the first bank I went to. Thank you to Geoffrey and the teller for a pleasant experience!

Geoffrey Manalo would lure you into opening different types of accounts or credit cards by NOT explaining important terms and conditions. All he did is to push you to sign the documents. Geoffrey Manalo's work is also very CARELESS. After opening an account, my account has NOT successfully opened for so many weeks but already incurs monthly FEES. With Geoffrey Manalo this kind of deceiving employee, no wonder when I googled on the web, I found "New York State Attorney General Sues Citibank for Failing to Protect and Reimburse Victims". Citibank is not a safe place to keep your money!! And avoid Geoffrey Manalo to handle your account.
