For example, if you have a five-year loan and decide to pay an extra $5,000, that payment does not go directly toward the principal. Instead, it is applied to future monthly payments. This is because they charge interest daily on the loan balance, meaning you continue to accrue interest every day--even if you have already paid that month's payment. Their interest rates are extremely high, and the overall cost ends up being excessive. I'm relieved that I was able to pay off my loans, but the amount I paid in interest was unreasonable. I would strongly recommend avoiding doing business with this company.

He referred me to the teller (Asian gal - sorry I didn't get her name). She in turn was very helpful in helping me complete my transaction, even escorting me to the ATM machine outside to be sure the transfer went through without any hitches.
