One of the best features is how my debit card helps me save without even thinking about it--every time I swipe, it rounds up my purchases and adds the difference to my round up savings account. The app makes banking a breeze too! I can transfer money, pay bills, and deposit checks all from my phone. Discovered that Provident CU offers a FREE business checking n savings accounts and to add the customer service is pleasantly amazing. The laundry mat around the corner only takes quarters. I needed $2 in quarter and the bank manager stated, I needed to have an account or open an account to make change. I can understand if I was trying to change $10 bill for quarters, but I asked for $2 in quarters. Joining another bank seems like a petty way to get more members. Cute credit union, unique locations, but customer service is not their thing. *Should consider changing bank policy for small change to non-members with id. read more

Tried to open an account online. Went through the motions and it was conditionally approved. After the application, there were no communications on next steps so I chatted with support who indicated I needed to upload additional documents. Their site did not take (or specify formats, sizes limit) my upload so I was told to email Account Services and Miguel. Close to 10+ days now without a response. read more

You guys should check your ATM for repair as one PCU customer told me earlier that your ATM took her card several times before. Do NOT use their ATM here! Norma went the extra mile to print out some faux checks, so I can have both the routing number and my account number available in paper format. Today, Needed the services of the manager Marilou, this woman was the most resourceful and patient person helping my wife and I refinance our car and change your insurance. This bank does not care about its customers. They freeze your account and call social services on you if you had a bounced check. They hang up on your calls and tell you they unlocked your account but didn't. The fraud department thinks they are hot but they suck. I refuse to go back to be treated like this. Horrible service.
