I have has to literally change my password every 2-3 weeks because something went wrong with the passwords. I walked through with support to change the password and the site rejected the password I had just put in when it went to login with the password entered by the website. The site does not allow you to search for transactions by vendor name. Only by date and exact amount. Basic search parameters that $50 programs allow cannot be queried. Very little real person contact which is OK if the website worked normally but it doesn't. I wouldn't recommend working with this bank.

They also didn't know how to much I needed in my account in order to maintain a free safe deposit box. Nor did they know how to cash out checks.
