    If I could give them a zero for customer service I would!! they never answer the phone!! over 45 minutes. 800 number is of little help

One of the best features is how my debit card helps me save without even thinking about it--every time I swipe, it rounds up my purchases and adds the difference to my round up savings account. The app makes banking a breeze too! I can transfer money, pay bills, and deposit checks all from my phone. Plus, the card controls allow me to easily enable or disable my debit card whenever I need to. Because of the size of my loans and monies deposited in my checking account, I am considered a 'Premier Client', which, as it turns out, means NOTHING! ALL of my dealings with HSBC are fraught with anxiety and fear as there is NO personalized or premier treatment of my and my accounts. The only time I hear from them is when they are trying to sell me something. Whenever problems arise, even ones created by them, it is a complete nightmare to resolve. Based on my experience, it seems you would have to be a very high net worth client (above $20 million) n order to get any sort of decent and professional treatment. I do not trust that they will take care of me, nor that they have my best interest at the forefront of their mission. Hence, why I get so anxious and stressed when an issue arises. Based on my experience with them, I would never recommend HSBC to anyone.
