Based on my experience, it seems you would have to be a very high net worth client (above $20 million) n order to get any sort of decent and professional treatment. They have 2-3 bankers who always seem to be occupied with customers who either have complicated transactions or have a lot of questions. Past three visits I've had to wait upwards of 15 mins to get helped. They need to have a teller for quick deposits and withdrawals. They tell you to use the ATM for that but I've had 2 incidents where the ATM took my deposit and doesn't register it. Then you have to go through their customer service to get your own money back. I will definitely be looking for a new branch or switching banks altogether.
