Timeline: * March 10: I contacted customer support and provided my receipt * March 13: Followed up after being told it would take up to 3 business days * March 16: Followed up again requesting a resolution * Now (over a month later): Still no response or resolution I was initially offered only $20 compensation for a ~$60 order, which doesn't reflect the situation at all, and after that, communication completely stopped. Spending $60 on food that couldn't be eaten, combined with being ignored for over a month, is extremely frustrating. At this point, I'm still waiting on a proper resolution. I hope management takes this seriously and improves both order accuracy and customer support.
