And...that is exactly how it worked out. The facilities are really nice and secure. I had climate controlled and was very/happily surprised with how affordable my unit was. Looks like business is good for them too as they just completed an entirely new building I assume because demand is so high right now around here. One last note, their staff and level of service are top level. If I ever need this kind of service again, I'm going straight to West Side Storage. They have fantastic security and they even throw in some good music so doing all your work is actually enjoyable. I would love to work for a place like this. If you're hiring, just hit me up.

I'm at assured Hendersonville Tennessee I have been here for years in fact I was a customer for the…read moreprevious owner before assured bought them out . Recently I showed up to my unit which is 40 ft deep . Even in daylight I have to have lights in that unit in the back but it seems corporate decided to put padlocks on all electrical outlets for some reason I don't know . Now just over a month later I learned that rent is going up $30 . I see no reason why rent would need to go up $30 there is one person that works in that office the overhead appears to be minimum especially since the power usage went way down . And all the units on that lot are taken except two so they are making money this seems like price gouging I don't understand why a company will punish long-term customers by raising rent like this knowing that some of them will have to leave this is sorry Behavior it's greed and something needs to be done this is a start next news media Nashville has fantastic investigators at their new stations for things just like this . Let me say this though. The manager that is over the hendersonville office is top notch. This is not her fault. This comes from new York and a bunch of shareholders that don't care

In October 2023, after I no longer needed their facility, I followed their guidelines and submitted a written cancellation notice. Despite repeated attempts through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits (though the person in charge is consistently unavailable), I have been unsuccessful in stopping the charges. It's now February 2024, and my credit card has been charged once again. I'm uncertain about how to cease these charges and have also been unsuccessful in getting Honeybee to respond to my attempts to contact them. This is a new and frustrating experience for me, and while I prefer not to leave negative reviews, I'm unsure of what other options are available to resolve this situation.
