However, I didn't get the feeling the crew spoke much English and Omar kept going in and out during the packing. I went over several items that I didn't want moved as I was planning to either donate or dispose of them. Well it all went on the truck and got moved to my new address. And plenty of things that should have been moved never made it in the truck. Now I have to hire someone else to dispose of the unwanted items and then move the ones that got left behind. In the end I was charged $1000 more than what was quoted. Deeply disappointed.

Unfortunately the general manager did not handle this well from an emotional standpoint. He was quite abrasive in dealing with us during this adverse situation. He ultimately got the reschedule done but did want to charge a 15% fee to do it. I never saw this in the signed contract but I agreed to pay half just to be done with it and him. I would only use this company again if I had a DIFFERENT contact than him.

I paid by Zelle through our bank and received confirmation texts from the bank that the transfer had been sent. Within three minutes of completing the transaction I received a phone call from someone at the moving company. From the first moment the tone was aggressive and accusatory. He insisted the payment had not come through and said I would need to provide a debit card instead. I explained that the money had already left our account and sent the bank confirmation texts, including the initial authorization prompt. He then told me that the bank does not send texts. He continued in the same manner. I provided a reference number. He still continued. Only after I sent a screenshot from the bank app showing the funds had been withdrawn and the payment was processing did he calm down. I understand a small business needs to confirm that payment has cleared. The immediate assumption of bad faith and the persistently rude manner, even after multiple forms of proof were provided, were unnecessary and unprofessional. The moving work was acceptable. The handling of this follow-up call was not.

What a great experience. When we needed to relocate to another house in Oak Ridge, we were able…read morequickly access a large, dry, and secure, unit at a great price. We had plenty of storage space to temporarily house most of our belongings, for several months (longer than originally anticipated, as usual), while we made sheetrock dust modifications to the new house. It made the transition so much easier knowing that our valuables were safe and clean somewhere else conveniently closeby, in case we needed quick access - 24/7. The friendly staff were always on hand to speak with, and worked with us on how long we needed to store our items, through the whole transition! Thanks Briarcliff Storage!! We just put an offer in on another house and look forward to using your great drive up services again VERY SOON!

It got to the point that my two friends and I had to help them just to move the process along. Upon arriving in Nasville I found that 6 pieces furniture incurred damages, which totaled over $6,000 in damages. By the time they were wrapping things up it was 10:30pm (they started at 8:30am). The owner Josh went to his truck for once last sweep, and I waited and waited for him to come back to wrap things up and give me his insurance information. I finally called him, and he had dashed the seen! He rudely left, leaving my keys in the door, without giving me his insurance information. I have reached out to Josh a number of times to get this resolved with no response. I had also hired them for junk removal, and I later discovered that they had left my headboard at my old apartment complex. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!
