Storage facility is over priced, grounds are not maintained. Side of hill was washing down into the unit rented, told manager about it and several weeks later still nothing was done. Could barely maneuver a vehicle down the aisle to get to unit. Paid 3 months in advance and moved out after 1.5 and manager refused to issue refund for unused month. Understood not refunding prorated half month used but complete UNUSED month should be refunded. Despite several emails back and forth, facility refuses to issue money back. Look somewhere else where the grounds are maintained, facilities are more reasonable and management isn't corrupt. read more

Clean storage and easy access. Needed a large storage area to help clear out my garage for the winter. Quick and easy process to get shed rented. On site manager was professional and nice. Great deal if you purchase 3 months in advance you get 4th free. Site seems quite secure. Cameras all around. 24 hour access by gate code is very convenient. Considering storing a larger utility trailer in their out-door storage. read more

Excellent experience using this facility. Arrived early before they opened. Tiffany arrived early and welcomed me in immediately. Took care of all the paperwork quickly, showed me the facility and even offered assistance ! Wonderful people ! Relocating from California and their assistance was greatly appreciated.
