Despite repeated attempts through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits (though the person in charge is consistently unavailable), I have been unsuccessful in stopping the charges. It's now February 2024, and my credit card has been charged once again. I'm uncertain about how to cease these charges and have also been unsuccessful in getting Honeybee to respond to my attempts to contact them. This is a new and frustrating experience for me, and while I prefer not to leave negative reviews, I'm unsure of what other options are available to resolve this situation.
