We ordered the Chicken, Beef, Egg/Sausage, and Pineapple with Cream Cheese. We also went for the Green Sauce as many had recommended. All Empanadas where "delicious with the green sauce." In all, we felt the Chicken Empanadas rose above all the Empanadas that we had on this visit...a really yummy flavor. We will certainly return soon. Small business pumping out outstanding empanadas. I like chicken, but will usually choose beef or pork, but the chicken empanadas are fantastic. Super affordable so get as manager kinda as you can eat. Breakfast flavors are also super good. Ambiance is street taco meets shady strip mall meets small town Guatemala. Get all the sauces. This is the definition of a small business that you want to support. Tucked away on its own in a tiny strip store, it's a gem. They only sell empanadas. Beef, chicken, and veggie. That's it besides a few drinks. The empanadas are delicious. I don't know which is my favorite. The beef and chicken both have olives and eggs. The beef also has raisins and they sprinkle a little powdered sugar on top. Really yummy! The veggie is packed full of corn, carrots, and more. Different than any other empanadas I've ever had, with hard boiled eggs and Kalamata olives as standard ingredients, and the beef had raisins and powdered sugar? ...kinda weird. They're Cooked in a pie crust like wrap first thing in the morning and left in a warm oven all day, which explains the warm, but not hot, serving temperature (I suppose if they were in a hot oven all day they would've been overcooked). I personally like my food hot, but I suppose I could take it home and put it in the oven to warm it up more... Cooked first thing in the mornings so if you want a special order (like no olives for example) you have to call and order the day before. Had one ground beef and one chicken and that was a decently filling lunch. Tried both sauces; the green was OK with (I think) cucumber and cilantro, the yellow was much better, though I couldn't identify the flavor profiles. Friendly service, and a small dining area with two tables sitting four people each. Not sure if I'd go again or not, to be honest. I like my food hot and I'm not a fan of olives or raisins and the hard boiled egg inside was strange to me, though maybe I could get used to it? They were fresh homemade the breading was very light. he said there's only 80 cal in the bread of the empanada. I had all three the vegetable, chicken and beef. The beef was very flavorful. The chicken was moist not spicy and the vegetable was a great combination of different vegetables and sauce. I like spicy food but this was very mild for people who can't take too much spicy. Their green sauce was flavorful and added a little extra something to the empanada. There a little store was clean with tables to eat on. They don't deliver because they are small mom and pop store but you can order and pick up to take home.
