    Lunch Special Menu
    Chris S.

I tried Pollon for lunch. I was greeted right away when I entered and ask if it was take out or eat in. Eating in I took a booth and was asked what I wanted to drink and given the menus. Monday through Friday they had a lunch special which consisted of picking an appetizer and an entree. The restaurant It was very clean and neat. I got a Unsweetened tea, Appetizer 'Causa De Pollo' and Entree 'Tallarin Saltado De Carne'. The Causa De Pollo was a lunch size that was delicious. It was I think a scoop of rich mash potato's with a scoop of like chicken salad on top with a delish sauce. The Tallarin Saltado De Carne was a very good stir fried noodle beef dish with red onion, tomatoes and scallions. I splurged and had flan for dessert. For me it was a great introduction to Peruvian Cuisine.

This place offers fast service delicious Peruvian food. I tried the lunch special stir fry dish Lomo Saltado with Causa de Pollo. So good. I ordered 2 orders of Peruvian chicken to go for my friends. Stay tuned how the like it. The hostess was very kind and offered additional sauce.

The food is delicious, fresh and good size portions for the cost. The service was a little slow but it was a busy Friday night and only 3 people were working. The decor is simple and clean and the ambiance is casual.

A surprise visit here with my son and his family. Service was great. We had the fried snapper which was excellent. I would recommend the whole snapper.

The decor was up to standard for a smaller restaurant but didn't feel too crowded or tight. The food was pretty good, and the portions were adequate for the price. I was very satisfied with my meal and had plenty, so I wasn't left wanting more. Our server was very professional and courteous considering the large group we had. I would recommend this place if you're in the area and looking for latin cuisine.

This is a little gem in Longwood. Chicken was so good. I haven't had good Peruvian style chicken in a while. We ordered a whole chicken that came with 2 generous side portions. We decided for Yuca Fries and Fried Plaintains. Both really good. I also ordered the Garlic Potatoes. The only item I did not like. Staff was friendly and didn't have to wait too long to get the food. Can't wait to go back. We finished that chicken in record time.. it was that good.

Yummy quick lunch spot for some good Peruvian food. Perfect spot to do a pick up order. The restaurant is nothing fancy, but the service was excellent! Food came out fast and it was all delicious. Fair pricing!

Had an excellent dinner here tonight. All of the food was really tasty. Highly recommend the chicken plate. The chicken was really well seasoned and perfectly cooked. The side salad was fabulous! We will be back for sure. Great mom and pop place. Comfortable and clean inside, nice music and the waitress was super sweet.

Yucca fries, beans, rice, salad to go with

Being in the area I decided to give this Pervian cuisine small place a try. I am typically skeptical of Spanish food these days as I prefer not to bother if I can make it better to my liking at home. I was wrong though, I got the rice and beans and salad with yucca fries all to give a try. The rice used seemed like jasmine rice and it was freshly made (as I don't put it past these days to get stale food - pet peeve). The beans/frijoles had flavor and paired well with it. The yucca fries also piping hot and fresh - not overly oily either, my other pet peeve.. The side salad and side dressing was a nice touch to have with the lunch. I read in the past reviews they have good dips/sauces so I made sure to ask. She offered garlic sauce, a hot green sauce, and salad dressing I went with all 3 and it did a great job of enhancing it all. Service was busy but still welcoming - I forgot to order my typical mango smoothie and despite someone waiting in line she was still nice about having to ring me up twice. The mango smoothie half milk half water is my thing and it didn't disappoint here. The lighting was lacking a bit inside and it was busy so I decided to take it out and eat outside. Also, not sure if service is always quick there but my food came out in about 5-10 minutes while still fresh! Il def be back for another dish.

Absolutely exceptional experience. The service was fast and helpful. The food was hot, perfectly cooked, and delivered quickly. The restaurant was spotlessly clean. I will absolutely be back.

Excellent food. Tried for the first time. Went to a beer and plant event and then decided to try this place. Did not disappoint. I ordered basically the house fried rice and it was so flavourful, I'm not a big calamari fan but in that fried rice it was cooked perfectly!! Will go

Recommended by a Peruvian friend and it did not disappoint! Went for Sunday lunch and it was not very crowded but it did begin to fill up later (still early afternoon). The food was amazing, the atmosphere very pleasant, and the service beyond friendly. Either intend to go there or be drawn in by the amazing smells from the kitchen. Either way, you won't be disappointed!

A little bit salty for my taste but I told the waitress and they made it fresh all over again so I was surprised !! It was delicious and really well cooked with fresh ingredients. The pollo taste was so good... the portions were huge and the 3 of us had more than enough for sure. The drinks were ok. It is about 30 mins drive for us but We will come back again for sure.

    Their logo. Nice, small place.

Pisco Peruvian is a hidden gem in a basic plaza in the middle of Lake Mary, Florida…read more My wife and I celebrated our 18th year anniversary with our whole family during a recent vacation but never got to have a one-on-one date of our own. We decided to have dinner and picked Pisco on the recommendation of other friends and the pictures looked good. I called them and made a reservation and told them the occasion and that I really wanted it to be special. Soon as you walk in the attention to detail is impressive. The colors, the textures, the lighting, and music are on full display but not in an overwhelming way...more in an immersive way that makes you feel like you've walked into a different atmosphere. Our server Luz was very present and helpful throughout the entire evening. She assisted in selecting dishes and was always just a step away when we needed something. Before the night started they give you a little cup filled with cooked corn kernels. If you know the super crunchy kernels at the bottom of popcorn bags, now imagine a cup of them! We also got some drinks, couple of cocktails and couple of glasses of wine, they weren't incredible but they were solid. The pour was very nice. For appetizers we got the croquettes and a side of tostones (fried plantains). The croquettes were awesome, crispy on the outside, crabcake like on the inside and the sauce was great! The tostones were really fresh and not oily at all. They were served with a cilantro sauce that was fantastic. For dinner we typically get two dishes we want and share them. My wife ordered one of the risotto dishes and I got the Tay Pa. The risotto was really good and creamy with shrimp and I think prongs. The Tay Pa stole the show. Imagine a large square iron dish with a mound of steak, chicken, shrimp, and pork belly with a bunch of vegetables like sprouts, onions, bell peppers, and garlic. The dish was super fresh with a very mild sauce but what made is awesome was that every single thing was cooked to it's own perfect level. Four kinds of meat all cooked perfectly, multiple kinds of veggies all cooked perfectly the rice was kinda basic but it didn't matter! For our anniversary they also gave us a complimentary caramel cheesecake that was also really good and let us taste their house cinnamon pisco...Fire! in a good way! During dinner, they also had a photographer walking around and taking pictures that are then printed and put in a nice case. Overall it was an amazing first experience and made our celebration that much better. We'll definitely be back!

The service was excellent, all the dishes were perfectly described and suggestions were made. We decided that we were going to try different appetizers based off the recommendations from our server. We obviously started with the ceviche. We opted for the El Trio so that we could try all 3 kinds of ceviche which came with tostones. My favorite was the ceviche de aji Amarillo. It was tasty, had octopus, shrimp and calamari. As mentioned, ceviche is quite filling and will creep up on you. Our second appetizer was the croquetas de aji de gallina and those were yummy as well. It's basically a cheese bread. We finished with the empanadas de lomo saltado which was served with a side of garlic aioli. I also ordered a pisco sour and loved it. My overall experience was great!

There's a level of familiarity in both the flavors and the experience that's hard to find. I usually order the bandeja paisa, and it's exactly what you'd want from a classic.
