I had a wonderful experience at Nazca Lines in Longwood! The food was absolutely delicious and full of authentic Peruvian flavor. We tried the Sudado de Pescado and the Trío Ceviche, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The Pisco Sour de Maracuyá was amazing -- refreshing, perfectly balanced, and definitely one of my favorites! The service was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere made the whole experience even better. It's always nice to find a place that represents Peruvian cuisine so well. We also paired that dish with their shrimp wonton rolls, and wow, oh wow! Those rolls were a DELIGHT! They were the highlight of the lunch in my opinion. I accompanied everything with a glass of prosecco, and what a good little lunch it was. I would visit them again.
