They left a note stating they could test to see for sure if it is the compressor but that it would require a capacitor and a hard start kit and that would cost me $1,900. I took that note into conners AC Supply and was handed those two parts for $35. 2 minute youtube video showed me how to install these two items. While he did try to overcharge by over $1,800 he was right about it needing replaced. I gave benefit of doubt and called them in about the unit. They sent a saleman whom started his bidding at $28,0000 for a new unit. I grabbed the specs of the machine he was offering me and got one more quote from myers for $4,000 whom actually charged me $3,600 for an easy job. Long story short everyone, these guys are scam artists. When I told them I found a better deal, they offered to match. for $24,000 cheaper than their initial offer.

Tech came out at 1 o'clock saw orange flame which is incomplete combustion and can cause carbon monoxide to be released instead of investigating the cause. He turned and told me we couldn't use the furnace. He ordered a furnace told us we would be at the top of the list since we were now customers with no heat. The next day, I got no updates on how long it was going to be our house was 37°. I was worried about pipes freezing we bought space heaters which were ineffective in such a big house. I was so cold it was making me feel sick. I called Tuesday. Left a text with one of the technicians about the status of our furnace because the cold house was affecting our dogs. My husband couldn't sleep because the house was so cold and the space heaters were not warming enough Wednesday arrived. I called the office and I got a secretary who couldn't care less about our predicament of a freezing house waiting for the furnace. She sense that I was unhappy and said that the office manager would get back to me right away. six hours went by still nothing to say the least we will never use this company ever again we saw they were other bad experiences including our bank manager was talking to my husband about how horrible this company is.

We are new to the area and my husband asked for recommendations from co-workers and without hesitation, several recommended Hay-Bush and now we can see why!

My a/c unit went out in June of this year. Harold came out & found that the 24 year old unit had…read moreserved its purpose & the cost to repair the unit made no sense this late in the units life. So I elected it was time to update the unit. Harold did so & the new Rheem a/c unit provide us with an enjoyable Summer. The electric bill decreased over 15% from years past! It was at that time I decided it was best to plan on replacing the 24 year old furnace this Fall. Harold recently replaced the old inefficient gas heating unit with a Rheem 95% unit & we couldn't be happier. Two days after the replacement was completed the weather dipped into the lower teens & the new unit kept our home warm & toasty. I now have a complete new dependable HVAC system for years to come thanks to Harold & his associate. No homeowner looks forward to the cost involved in 'Big Item' replacements to their home but having the new system installed was definitely an enjoyable experience.
