Excellent choice for a wonderful entertaining and educational experience…read more We chose The Real Food Academy to celebrate our daughter's 9th birthday this past Sunday. It was a phenomenal experience for both kids and parents. The venue is spotless, the party bites thst we pre-ordered were loved by all, and most importantly, the kids had a great time together. Chef Paulo and Chef Rey really went out of their way to make everyone feel at home, and they made the educational experience both fun & seamless. Thank you, Sebastian, Ivette & Nina

He took the time to explain the pasta making process in detail and gave us useful tips as well as teaching us a bit of history and geography. This is the complete package you guys! You will definitely learn and you will have a delicious professionally prepared meal at the end. We stated with a basic pasta dough that we kneaded by hand. While the dough rested we enjoyed a delicious fresh salad of greens, carrots, cucumber, and tomatoes just drizzled with aromatic olive oil. Brought back memories of vacations in Italy where we made salad from the veggies growing from our garden. We continued in our pasta making journey by rolling out the dough and passing it through the pasta roller. Chef also demonstrated how to make different shapes of pasta and the history behind them. We the watched him prepare our pasta dinner! This was the most challenging part...mouths were surely watering! We were served pappardelle with mushroom ragout, and ravioles stuffed with truffled ricotta. Everything was fresh tasting and delicious. I loved all the simple ingredients and the light natural flavors. Dessert was chocolate mousse with strawberries and fresh whipped cream! Heaven!! We all left with our very own pasta dough ...and I'm seriously considering practicing what I learned! This was such an amazing experience and I'm looking forward to trying something like this again.

Cozymeal is "AWESOME"…read more What a great experience it was for me and maybe for the group that attended with me as well. The length of the class was about 2.5 hours of incredible Pasta making and Pasta filling and shaping. Chef for the class was Chef Nunzio from Naples, Italy. Chef Nunzio was simply amazing. He has great charisma and is extremely talented. He took the time to explain the process, to make contact with each one of us at the class and to guide you as needed. Who knew that making pasta would be so much fun. We made Papardelle from scratch with a mushroom ragu and also ravioli stuffed with truffle oil flavoured ricotta-parmesan mix. (This was heaven in a spoon) Also created a small salad appetizer to let the pasta dough rest after the knitting process, with a simple yet delicious citrus vinaigrette. Ohhhh.... it is a BYOB kind of a deal that I didn't know about... So feel free to bring a nice bottle of wine to drink and share as others kindly did since I didn't bring any. I highly recommend Cozymeal to anyone wanting to learn. The "how to" process is incredible. Can't wait to see what other classes are available to sign in. Thumbs up for the Cozymeal team and thanks for this great opportunity. PS: the location was beautiful and nicely decorated.

I would 100% recommend this class to anyone beginners to advanced it's such a great time. A great date night idea as well. So we started the night with some red sangria and ended with white sangria; as for the menu for the night it was tapas, seafood paella and sangria. We had octopus with chimichurri (I'm a very picky eater and I usually don't eat seafood and omg it was SPECTACULAR). We also had garlic grilled lamb chops with mint edamame hummus salad, Brussels sprout salad , chicken kabobs with potato salad, seafood paella, bacon wrapped shrimp everything was delicious. Chef David was amazing he helped us with anything we needed from how to chop onions to cutting lamb chops to cooking octopus. I was astonished after we finished cooking everything we all sat together and ate and talked it was nice like a family dinner (it was a class of about 12 of us we all cooked something different so at the end we all sat down to try everything we all made together). Almost forgot! dessert was given at the end we didn't make it but was so delicious caramel, chocolate, and coffee all mixed just look at the picture. I don't know the name of it sorry. Ayesha's energy is so contagious, we are all excited to get to cooking! This cooking class is not your usual cooking class. Instead of partnering with someone to cook each meal, everyone kind of just broke up in to groups and focused on different dishes. It was a bit chaotic but so much fun! Who knew cooking along a group of strangers in a strangers home could be so effortless? Ayesha made everything very easy. I attended the This Is It - Lamb course. We cooked a delicious salad, okra, lamb kebabs and lamb Rogan Josh. Every bite of each dish was out of this world. The food was lighter than Indian cuisine I've had in the past, I noticed she didn't use nearly as much cream as some recipes I've seen. Ayesha also taught us plenty about Indian spices and their multifunctionality. It's too bad that Ayesha lives all the way in Kendall. If she lived closer, I'd be over all of the time! Greta group activity or date night, totally worth it!

Miami was definitely missing an Amber Antonelli (the wonderful chef)!! If you're looking to escape your every day life in a home that has the best energy, relaxing ambiance, and AMAZING fresh food, definitely try out one of her classes. I swear I don't even feel like I'm in Miami when I am at her house (where the classes are held). From the moment you walk in through the door, you are greeted as if you have been friends forever. Amber definitely has the personality to teach these classes - she makes you feel comfortable, very personable, and she's EXTREMELY knowledgeable about everything she makes and all the ingredients she uses. She will take the time to explain why she is using a specific ingredient and will list the health benefits (i.e. coconut oil). Everyone is given the menu for the evening along with the recipes to every dish & the upcoming class schedule. You are also provided a pen to write down any notes and/or tips that will help you out when making the dish on your own. With around 10 people per class, the conversation flows very well & you learn so much from your new friends! Some of my favorite classes are the "Healthy Mexicana Flair, Ole!" and both "Thai Food Demystified" and "Thai 2" but she has classes that fit any palette: Italian, Vegan & Gluten Free, Kids Classes, Weeknight Meals, Vitamix Classes, the list goes on!! I would highly recommend The Naked Bite to both beginners (those who don't know how to cook at all) and experienced chefs. This is usually the range of people that surround the table at the classes & it's definitely nice to see both extremes learning so much from Amber. If you're not interested in the cooking classes but are in need of a "stay-cation", she has an underground dinner club where everything about the dinner is kept a secret until the day before! If that's not your thing and you just want to eat healthy, amazing food, look into her catering! Whatever you choose, I promise that any experience at The Naked Bite will be an unforgettable one. Definitely five stars!
