Reviewing this to explain how this company is a scam for money and Will Fandel will threaten you with the police if you cancel. He wasn't even here at the scheduled time and the "typical" service charge per another locksmith in the area is $29. These guys just make up their own crap. I will be filing with BBB if this isn't refunded. The rudeness and no transparency when I canceled the locksmith (he said no problem...then proceeded to call me back asking for money) in the first place.

I arrived 3 minutes after they did. They ran around our house changing locks for all of 15 minutes and then changed out 5 not 3 locks like we had originally discussed. They then charged us over 2000 which is basically robbery. What kind of business tries to fleece people like this. I'm extremely upset they had the gall to do this. Eventually they removed 600 of BS service charges and rekeying fees but even still at 1400 for 5 locks I feel like I have been grossly taken advantage of. They the almost ran off without giving us the keys. I'm working through Amex right now to get the invoice down to a more reasonable amount. We will never use these people again.
