The quality of beard trimming and cutting is also disappointing. Again, none of the clean ups I've gotten at this location were good-great. Just okay-alright. Acceptable enough but not for the prices you pay for the subscription. I had the subscription for over a year to keep the cost down. It's more expensive without the subscription. I wouldn't recommend this place. I've had the same quality haircuts at a Hair Cuttery and Great Clips since then. Vibe - The vibe is alright. I did enjoy the complimentary drink every time I visited (courtesy of my subscription). There are TVs you can watch on silent. There's the latest radio hits playing on the speaker. The chairs are newer and not entirely uncomfortable. The vibe in the nail salon portion of the establishment is more private and laid back with access to communal headsets to hear the TVs above your chair. The sofa seats in the section, however, aren't that comfortable. The vibe in the restroom is a 10/10. Service - The service varies. In the year+ that I came here monthly, I encountered friendly, average, cold, standoffish, adequate and warm. Additional Notes - I do not recommend the nail salon portion of the services. I got many a pedicure and manicure in the time I was coming here and I just never felt like the mani-pedi was any better than what I could do myself at home. I've had exponentially better mani-pedis at other salons. I did really enjoy how clean the restrooms were here above all else.

I thought I knew what would look good, but they are the artist. Nina explained the color process, the color family that complimented me and I did come out with a new look and I love it. If booking for a milestone event, AVOID risking your plans with colorist Victoria…read more I have been a loyal haircut client of CI for over a decade. However, my first attempt to use their colorist was deeply disappointing, booking with Victoria ahead of a major family wedding, our first extended family reunion in 15 years. On the morning of the event, while already driving to the salon, I received a last-minute phone call informing me that Victoria had called out sick -- coincidentally on a gloomy rainy morning. I scrambled to rebook this salon and another major establishment unsuccessfully. I was left to purchase gray touch-ups to hastily cover my roots on an already existing, expensive balayage. Receiving what I am sure is a weather-mood-related cancellation notice while en route to a high-stakes appointment feels incredibly undependable. It caused unnecessary stress on an important day.
