She informed my husband and I that the downstairs was closed for maintenance, however, she offered to bring several dress pant options upstairs. She gave us a variety of great choices, and my husband ended up purchasing one of her suggestions, which he loves! The service was super friendly, and the atmosphere was great. I wouldn't pay the prices they are asking, but I would if they put more care into the clothes they're selling and cleaning up the place generally. I think they could make the store easier to navigate and worth the prices by reducing overall inventory by 15%, and removing the stained and damaged and not-vintage clothes from the regular section, and having a distinct clearance section for those items.

When I told him what was going on (didnt refund the correct amount and charged me for items I didn't need). He became upset, raised his voice, cursed, refused to help me, told me to call customer service but then wouldn't give me the number, i kept repeating to just do my refund so i can leave. He laughed at me then called 911 and exaggerated the entire situation to try and get me arrested. Luckily for me I recorded the entire interaction. I'm going to request a copy of the 911 call, the police body cams and I'm going to send that all to their corporate office with my video. I have never been treated so poorly.
