Yikes. At least another employee responded saying, "omg stop saying that at work!" (Which like, don't say that at all?? In the year 2026?? We know better, c'mon. I'm glad it didn't go completely unchallenged though.) They also were continuing loud conversations throughout my visit which doesn't bother me but also, seems they get a bit toooo comfortable sometimes. I implore the employees to please be mindful of time and place. ORIGINAL REVIEW (4 stars): I really really like this store and I frequently come just to browse. I think I can say I got the most value when my baby was a bit younger, like when I was pregnant and from newborn to, say, 6 months or so? Now that my baby is older, around 12 months, I don't find nearly as many things it seems. Or maybe I just don't need as much anymore. I find the service pretty friendly and responsive. They usually ask if I'm ready before I am (not in a bad way), and when I am ready, I never have to wait long for someone to check me out. I'm somewhat surprised that some say that employees are unfriendly. Idk if they're overtly "sunny" personalities, but they never give me problems or leave me in a bad mood either. But maybe that was a previous group of employees who have cycled through. I find their pricing hit or miss. You can't just trust it to be a good deal in my opinion. You *can* get a great deal, and they have special clearances that you can really get some good finds, but look it up. Don't just trust that it's a good deal automatically. For example, looking for pair of shoes for my baby, I was looking for some Stride Rites. On Amazon, they're like $40-60. I figured this was a great thing to look for at OUAC... I found a pair for $9. Well, upon closer examination, these were Munchkin by Stride Rite... Walmart. Looked it up, they were $12 brand new. I also am a bit disappointed in the condition/cleanliness of items like the strollers and high chairs. They just seem rooough to me for the prices they are charging. They also have to display the strollers outside which increases the dirtiness and they get pretty noticeably sun faded. This also is one of the stores where you can't *not* be in the way. I actually prefer the Redding store over the Chico one because of how much space there is and the layout. But they do use the space they have well; they just have much less of it (as I mentioned, they have to display the strollers outside because there is physically not enough room inside the store).

After having amazing suishi at the Rawbar we walked over to this shop which is just a few steps away from the restaurant. They have so many toys! Stuffed animals! Puzzles! Jewelry! They have house decor items and some yummy smelling candles! This place is packed with so much stuff that the kiddos will have a blast looking at all the toys! You could spend hours in here! They also have nostalgic items which I love ( bought a mood ring and some funny gum). In the back of the shop is the Yo Yo Museum which houses the largest Yo Yo and Yo Yo memorabilia! Only issue I've ever had is that some of their clothes don't last as long as I'd like them to. They also tend to fade a little faster over time. I guess what makes up for it is the consistently low prices. Asking for assistance with something here is rarely done by me. I can only speak on service when checking out. Lines can get pretty long. Luckily, they move fast. Anyway, if you want cheap clothes with an expensive look, this is not a bad place to start with.

It's located in a small strip mall on the corner of cohasset. I spotted the signage and was immediately drawn in to the "sale" sign! As I walked in I didn't go more than 5 feet before I started pulling clothes and shoes to try on. The racks were full of stylish spring wear and they had a nice selection of winter sale clothes too. I must have tried on at least 8 jackets and vests. The shop isn't that big but I must have spent an hour in there. I left with some pretty cute pieces that I look forward to wearing! There were three sales clerks working when I was in and all were super friendly and helpful. They even wrapped my clothes in adorable tissue paper designed with birds! Loved extra touch. Can't wait to come back on my next trip to Chico.

They offer a trade for your clothes, you can bring in the clothes you're tired of, and they'll either give you a store credit or just pay you cash outright. Hint: You get more if you opt for the store credit, which I always do because I never leave without buying something, not kidding. They are super fair with the prices offered and the owner is soft spoken and kind (she's the person who goes through the clothes and gives you a price for payment or trade). They have a live DJ on Friday nights, perfect for getting your groove on while you shop! I am so happy I stumbled across this store, I found some one of a kind pieces that I love to wear. It's one of my little happy places for sure and definitely worth a check out if you're in the area.
