Manager Luisa decided to take matters into her own hands and not honor the CT card and Hector's express statements about said card. Lost business and I ended up just walking away from the order. The food isn't that great anyway, plus we ordered two entrees and they tried to get away with a single tiny cup of salsa. Now will be inviting everyone I know into the restaurant to experience the same and give a review. Update: Luisa has spoken with Hector and he was willing to honor it "this time" despite having stated he will honor it in perpetuity. I don't come here often specifically due to this level of inconsistency. Arrived very hungry and before ya know it i forgot to take pics of the food. Chips and salsa were good. Tasted like fresh salsa. We order a deluxe burrito and a combo meal enchilada and taco. I was staying downtown for 2 weeks so I had the pleasure did visiting this place twice while I was here. Literally the best nachos I've ever had! I added the queso to it with the grilled chicken. My life was changed!! The margaritas were really good as well, I had both the classic and the Cadillac. Customer service was on point too. Sad to leave Denver, I'll miss these nachos. read more

Wow. that's pitiful but shame to say, I also agree. colorful chairs and cheesy decorations throughout. once you step in, it's lot larger than it appears from outside. our waiter was very courteous but missing something. for example, order of sprite came out with little bit of ice and 2/3 full. it was also flat. at first, i thought it was water. it's not his fault for the flat carbonated drinks but it's also his job to make sure . just needed to adjust the machine or CO2. while waiting for food, manager making the rounds asked if we needed more salsa. waiter bought our food and ..didnt see him until we were done. good thing we didn't needed to ask pricing and portion size is sub par but my order was prepared very good. chilli releno was fried to perfection. I'm a little confused at the 3 star. We really liked our food. I got a combo with ground beef taco, enchilada and tamale and totally loved it! My husband got the chili verde, the only thing was it did need more sauce. The chips were fresh and the cheese dip was yummy. We ordered on the app from the grocery store next door as we were checking out. The app, which was run by grub hub said it would be 30 minutes. However, once we left the grocery store and loaded our car, we went right over and our food was just walking out of the kitchen, which was only 20 minutes later. So I would definitely call them to check the time of your food and not trust what your getting from the app. We will definitely be back. read more

Came in and got our chips and salsa with the salsa having a really bad taste like spoiled we asked for it to be changed and they brought out a different salsa that tasted the same like s**t ordered some tamales that had a rubbery texture and there rice was so hard to im not mexican chef gordan ramsey but this has NO MEXICAN AUTHENTIC flavors these guys do not take pride in there work the worst place to eat Mexican food for the prices there food is there quality and services needs to be above and beyond places like this should not be in service yuck!!!! Actually shocked by the reviews for this place, we came on a Saturday night shortly after 8. The staff was super attentive from the moment we walked in the door to the time we left. I had the menudo and my husband had a combo plate with a tamale,enchilada, and tostada. We loved everything, it was all very flavorful and cooked well. We also both ordered a Pina Colada while we waited for the food to be served, it was the best Pina Colada we have ever had! We will be going back just to have another one!... or two... maybe three! :) There isn't many Mexican restaurants in the area so I'd definitely recommend at least giving 3 Margaritas a try and decide for yourself :) read more

I live nearby and eat here regularly. Their service and quality of food is fantastic. They know me by name even though I often carry out. I was told once that if you pay more than $15 for a Mexican meal it's not a good Mexican restaurant... and by that standard they could use some improvement- so their prices aren't the greatest (still worth). Recommend their margaritas, carne asada, tacos, and chicken flautas (not the apetizer). It's been almost 3 years since our last visit. Last Saturday my husband said we need to give them another chance as our original visit was within a few weeks of their opening. We are so glad we did! My husband had the Mexican Trio, which is a plate with skirt steak, chicken breast and bacon wrapped shrimp. The steak and the chicken had different sauces, so lots of variety on one plate. He gave me a bite of his steak and it was so tender and flavorful. I am not a fan of chicken breast as they tend to be dry and bland. NOT THIS ONE! Again sharing a bite with me made me decide on our next visit I need to order a chicken dish! I ordered the three things I judge a Mexican Restaurant by. Chili Relleno smothered in green chili with a side of refried beans with cheese on top. The relleno was the kind I love, egg roll wrapper deep fried with green chili and white cheese melted inside. Everything was exactly what I was hoping for. The green chili is the traditional Mexican style, more of an orange gravy than the gringo green chili I prefer, but I expected that and was not disappointed. To top it off I had the Cadillac Margarita. My only mistake was to order the Gigantica size, not realizing that would be enough for 3 people to share. Lesson learned there :) We literally live immediately behind this 3 Margaritas and now that we know it has great food, we will be returning again and again! Very disappointed!!! Just got home from a trip and we really wanted some good Mexican food, so we decided to come here, as it is down the street from our house. Food is very bland and tastes like hospital food or a TV dinner . And at $15+ per plate?? No thank you!!! I would not recommend eating here if you are looking for authentic and delicious Mexican food. This is a beautiful restaurant and I am glad we stopped in. Right away when you walk in it feels like a classic Mexican restaurant with gorgeous decor and a fountain, brought me back to my youth and my kid loved it. Then, to make it even better, the service topped the decor. The waiter was attentive, fast, and friendly for our entire visit. The food was great as well. We go here a lot as it is close to home and we love Mexican food. Its always clean, the service is always pleasant and prompt. We have never had flies in our food, ever! The onions served with the fajitas are grilled to perfection. The salsa is not too hot to eat. They are prompt to give us chips. The guacamole is always fresh. The tortilla soup is delicious. I ordered from grub hub and the food came very fast. The quality of the food for the price was sorely lacking. $11.25 for a basic phoned in beef burrito was too much. Not even rice and beans on the side. Nothing special about it, basically a Taco Bell type smothered burrito. Then the queso was $7.25 and it was a plain cup of melted cheese with a couple of green dots thrown in. 2 burritos and queso was $44 after taxes, tip and Delivery fee. I feel like I could have had 2 nice juicy steaks somewhere instead. So disappointing. There is a place for this kind of food and it should be priced accordingly. $6 for the burrito would have been much more in line with the quality. read more
