The quiche was filled with sliced ham which is different than most places that would use ham bits. The quiche was extra fluffy, almost omelet-like, with guyere cheese and was absolutely delicious. The crust was definitely homemade from the adjacent storefront and absolutely perfect. The only disappointment was that the quiche did not come with any side, be it a small salad or even one of their cookies. Split Milk is a wonderful neighborhood find. Soft on the inside with crunch on the outside and full of flavor. I prefer the sweet personally with the butter and homemade jam.
