Driving by this salon, I decided to check it out and see if the quality of their work matched the fun craziness of the outside and it does. Julie is a trip and she cuts my hair exactly the way I want it. It's kind of weird to find someone who can cut my hair the way I used to get it cut 12+ years ago and do it exactly right (for my taste). I've seen all types of folks come in for their cuts so don't be shy!

I'm giving 3 stars because I have always been treated well by their very professional staff …read more.. until today. SHERRY is the only bad apple. I accidentally got to pharmacy thinking they opened at 9am, which they actually opened at 930am. So I just sat there waiting at drive thru window as I've done many, many times at Walgreens. SHERRY comes stomping over to me and aggressively yelled "You know, we don't open till 9, so can you come back in 30min?" Since she had such a rotten attitude, I told her I would just wait patiently right where I was. She didn't like that so she threatened to call the cops on me!! I said "You want to waste resources on this when I'm harmlessly waiting for you to open?" She said they don't like when customers wait at the window. At that point, if she was literally going to argue with me on where to park, I said it should be posted on their window that your staff doesn't like it. I just could not believe they would have SHERRY treating their customers that way!! Their entire staff has treated me with empathy and professionalism, in continuing that behavior, they should take out the trash! UPDATE: The owner called me and we discussed the incident. She apologized for the unprofessional behavior of SHERRY and told me that was out of character. I am taking her word for it and will keep all my RX's at their pharmacy ONLY because we had a good conversation. My advice would be to post a sign stating they appreciate keeping drive thru clear, and to never threaten calling the cops on a customer for a non-threatening situation.

Due to some bad experiences in the past, I get pretty nervous going to a new place so I scoured the internet for information but could only find any in Facebook but they had a ton of great reviews and pics on Facebook. So I sent them a message about making an appointment and they responded quickly by calling me to set something up. I got my haircut by Jenny the next day. The salon is cutely decorated and each stylist appears to have their own room which is nice. My haircut turned out very cute and I had quite a bit cut off and she did great. She's even familiar with the type of extensions I use (Hidden Crown) which is even better. Check them out.

Went into this salon confident with the stylist knowing what I wanted (all over silver, I've done…read morethe same thing for 10 years, and it was the only thing talked about beforehand of said appointment) only to be uncomfortably swayed into a hair color/style I have never done when I sat in the chair, being told what I wanted would just 'take too long' and she could make it 'very close' to what I was asking for. During my appointment with this stylist she also did NOT brush my hair appropriately and ended up ripping a decent amount of hair out of my head from brushing it wet and in a vulnerable state, with no concern about it, more than 2 brush fulls-worth. I used to use 3 crocodile clips and it goes up with one single crocodile, now. I was NOT shown the end result before I left the salon only to go home and actually see what I was given for hair. I'm guessing I wasn't shown not only because of the under subpar work she did or the fact she told me she was late to get her son. And not to mention she never posted the work she did on my head to her platforms so right there might be a hint she wasn't proud. She did take pictures. These pictures shown are 2 weeks after my appointment with shania. I washed my hair one single time with cold/lukewarm water, color protected shampoo and conditioner of course, a week and a half after our appointment. My line of demarcation was still so apparent in these pictures. That is where most of my breakage is as well. She ignored my messages and then claims I took too long to let her know she messed up or she would have offered to 'fix' it. It was not an easy 'fix' from how much the foils bled. Both front quadrants should have been red it bled so much. Ha (not funny) Which with how much hair loss I have had and the trauma caused from that appointment, that is why it initially took me two weeks to even send the first message that was ignored. The word trauma means a deeply disturbing experience and the definition only fits with my time in this salon. I could not believe what I saw, I've had multiple other professionals look at this now. Educators in Cosmetology and professionals included. Every single person is speechless in the worst way. When my first message was ignored, I had no choice but to get help elsewhere. I missed multiple days of work being so upset as well. She never even checked in with me to see how I was doing and if I liked it. She never even tried to reschedule me for the future. My message and me were simply disregarded. I have now had to have 5 inches cut off to make it even and not look like I have had hair loss AND have had a new stylist put 12+ hours onto my head to get what I originally came in and asked for the first time. Still no breakage like there was with shania. All of these hours and love and preciseness with my new stylist and I still haven't been charged what I was in this salon. Crazy. I will never EVER recommend shania wilson as a stylist of any sort let alone anyone I know with blonde hair. The 'blonde expert' should definitely be retracted from her portfolio. And more people she has wronged should write a review. I know I am not the only client who feels this way. I just want people to save their money, sanity, peace of mind and time before they go thru what I did and PAY hundreds of dollars for trauma and such bad color work. I will end this by adding I will not be gaslit into thinking this is beautiful work worth hundreds of dollars I paid.

I came in for foils on my hair, and while my stylist was very nice, I was honestly shocked by the…read morefinal cost and additional charges. What I anticipated would cost around $125 ended up being: * Partial Foil (11-30 foils) - New Guest: $110 * Extra Color Mix (1/2 oz): $10 * Women's Haircut: $49 * Color Between Foils: $55 Subtotal: $224, plus tip. My main concern was not just the price itself, but the lack of communication about the additional charges beforehand. I contacted the owner, Kaylie, to discuss my concerns. One issue was being charged an extra $10 because the amount of color originally allocated was apparently not enough for my shoulder-length hair. I was told the product is expensive. I was also surprised by the $49 haircut charge. Only about an inch was trimmed from the back of my hair, and it was a very minimal trim. I understand salons have set pricing structures, but I did not feel the service reflected that cost. Additionally, I was charged $55 for "color between foils," which was essentially root color. Again, this was never clearly explained to me in advance. When I spoke with Kaylie, she acknowledged that the stylist should have gone over all pricing and explained that their services are priced à la carte. However, that was essentially the end of the conversation. There was no effort to resolve the situation or offer any adjustment despite acknowledging the lack of communication on their part. I have never been to a salon where I felt so nickel-and-dimed without prior explanation or consent regarding added costs. I fully expected to pay extra for a trim, but not $49 for what felt like a very minor service. Unfortunately, I left feeling that customer satisfaction was not a priority. Had the situation been handled differently, this review could have been very different. If you decide to visit this salon, I strongly recommend asking for a full breakdown of all charges beforehand so there are no surprises when you check out. Also check other YELP reviews, I wish I had as others have had the same experience.
