My cut, color and extensions were gorgeous. I have some hair thinning, but her solutions completely took care of that. The initial red color we picked faded a bit too quickly on my very coarse, curly hair - which is common. But JennyRae kept tabs on how I was feeling about the color, and when I told her it was turning more brown than red, she had me come back and COMPLETELY re-did the service for me! She included extra deep conditioning to compensate for the second round of processing and went the extra mile to make sure it turned out exactly as it was supposed to. Re-doing the color took a bunch of her time during a very busy season but she didn't even blink about that! She just got me in and taken care of (pampered is a better word) so that my service was complete and I was ridiculously happy with the result. JennyRae is a person of integrity and loves what she does. I am so glad I happen to live near her studio and stumbled upon her when was looking for a new provider to help with my challenging head of hair.
