Dr. Kramer has a kind bed side manner and listened to my teen daughter and gave her excellent advice on taking care of her skin and getting her face cleared up from acne. My husbands issues were also resolved with eczema on his arms. She is a warm person who exudes compassion and kindness. It is my understanding that she is heavily involved in community service and mission trips as well, which means a lot to me. Her office staff are professional and polite. They return calls quickly and are top notch. Also very important, SHE DOES NOT KEEP YOU WAITING. She honors your time and doesn't keep you waiting in the waiting room or exam room. This is very important to me as my time is also important. A lot of doctors lose focus on this issue, imo. I highly recommend Dr. Kramer.

Sharon is the worse injector I have ever seen…read more First of all she over injected my cheeks and I think she did it deliberately because she did not want me to come back a third time. I'd seen her once and it was fine, then I saw her a second time. The second time I saw her it was for Botox and the stupid lady froze my face!!! I told her and yet she did it anyway and I paid for the extra units...which I promptly when home and used my NuFace to try to speed up the recovery...it did not work. (Although copper supplements did seem to help a tiny bit...maybe) Anyway, I was very unhappy but already prepaid for some filler. I went in for cheek filler and she over filled me and of course used more than my prepaid so I ended up paying more! It was a mess. I left there and the very next day drove 2 hours back to my previous injector, who fixed me up. I am rather certain Sharon over-filled me deliberately.

The front desk staff or call center that schedule the appointments are horrible. I've had several…read moreurgent needs that went consistently unmet that cost me several expensive trips to urgent care. I receive call backs on urgent medical needs a month later. The derm himself put a note in my file that I need to be seen 24-48 hours when I call about a specific topic and the staff never accommodate. The care itself is satisfactory but good luck ever being seen. Also, I never hear back from the medical teams when the front desk staff say they will send a note. I find it hard to believe that the medical team won't check their messages once in the morning or once in the evening. If that's the case, then this is very poor service. I do not recommend the Olympia or Centralia location or frankly Frontier Dermatology as a company, period.

Dr. Kim explained everything very clearly and had wonderful bedside manner. Stacy and Krystelle (I'm not sure how to spell her name) were both fantastic and the front desk was incredibly helpful. When you get MOHS here, you stay in the same room the entire time rather than shuttling in and out of the exam room. They take good care of you (which is good, as the wait is long) while you are going through this process. The surgery was smooth, and the follow up care was wonderful. The office called the next day to see if I had any questions or issues, and the directions given when you leave are very clear. Getting my stitches out a week later also went very smoothly, and my incision site looks much better than I had hoped. I have had several different MOHS surgeries with different doctors in different locations. All of them were fine, but this experience was far above any of my previous experiences. I really hope I never have to have MOHS again, but if I do I am really glad to have Dr. Kim and her staff to return to!

I was able to talk to her over the weekend and even send her pictures. She stayed on top of everything, even as I had to see an infectious disease specialist as well for an infection I got after the skin surgery. She has a wonderful bedside manner and is compassionate. She is extremely thorough and explains everything that is going on. I trust her.

I did an initial consult here for both an annual skin exam as well as to have some pigmentation on…read moremy face evaluated. The office is newly updated with a beautiful reception room and lots of current equipment. It was easy to get an appointment scheduled and they were willing to bill my insurance for annual exam. The front office staff was welcoming and I filled out the new paperwork and probably only waited 10 minutes or so before I was taken back to the exam operatory. The operatories are also new with a clean white interior design that give it both a modern look as well as the feel of sterility you want in a physician's office. Dr. Kim was very professional and answered my questions. For the pigmentation she recommended a laser procedure but acknowledged its shortcomings that the pigmentation would likely return due to sun exposure and my genetics. I appreciated her discussing the likelihood of recurrence considering the laser treatment was costly. They have a lot of skin products that were pushed towards the end of the appointment which I wasn't a fan of. Other than that, I felt the office did a good job of reviewing my options and everyone was pleasant and professional.

Stupidly trusting, I paid over $10,000 to have other, often painful, usless procedures performed. Dr. Kim has a sweet personality but she is inexperienced. As a further note. I had Sculptra injected years back, by a physician in Philadelphia, with amazing results! Do not waste your money here!

Had a long standing appointment for today at 10:40 AM. I received a text this morning at 7:34 AM…read morereminding me of the appointment. Left the house for the appointment at around 9 AM. Received a voice mail at 9:13 telling me that they had canceled the appointment. I didn't find out that the appointment was cancelled until I was in the office and was told by the staff that my appointment was canceled because the referral from the VA has expired. I specifically remember at my initial appointment when Todd Williams mentioned that he wanted me back in 6 months to recheck the area on my back that he did a biopsy on, that I would probably need a new referral. He told me then that it wasn't necessary, that they would take care of that. What a colossal screw up and a waste of 2 hours of my time, not to mention the fuel expended on the 50 mile round trip.
