For the first time in my 29 years of life I walked out of a chiropractors office feeling no pain. I have scoliosis and chronic hip & neck pain. I have seen so many chiropractors in my life (from being a little kid until now) and he is THE FIRST chiropractor to look at my spines curve and inspect the muscles surrounding the curve and adjusting to how my curve lays. He literally adjusted my body head to toe. When he was done he had me walk around a little bit and I said to him "is this really what it feels like to not walk around in pain?'. I will say today (the next day) my muscles HURT which he warned me about. They are panicking because...my body is adjusted correctly! My neck and middle back were so out of alignment that all he did was run his hand along my spine and knew exactly where I was hurting. I expected him to yank and pull on my neck and wrench my back around. Not so. He had a comfortable table that I laid on, and within minutes, it had me feeling better. He assured me I wouldn't be achy and sore later, and I'm not. I was pleasantly surprised that I wasn't hurting and ran around for the rest of the day, instead of going home and sleeping, like I'd planned!

If you've ever had a DOT physical then you'll understand the rarity in this. After the medical assistant completed her tasks I was only waiting in the exam room for maybe 3-4 minutes before Deb Gross, ARNP came in complete my exam. The whole process was very thorough and efficient, which I appreciated very much. Deb and her staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. On top of it all, the price was very competitive ($150). I will return to EH for my next DOT physical and would happily recommend them.

As a result, despite the FMCSA AND WA DMV having a subsequent completed valid DOT physical (from another clinic) on file, my partner's CDL was downgraded, without notice from anyone, and he missed out on a driving job he was in line for. It took 3 weeks for him to get this straightened out with DMV. Thanks to this clinic's stupidity, he is still job-hunting. I would not touch this clinic with a 10-foot pole.

She asked me if I wanted to take it instead of her And that she would pay for it for my birthday, which isn't a few days... I am also a massage therapist I love getting massages anytime possible. So I agreed. I showed up and told them that my mom had wanted me to take her appointment and she wasn't feeling well and the receptionist which was very rude. Informed me that since I was not a current client, I could not be seen today by their massage therapist And that my mother would be getting a $95 no-show fee. I explained to her that I thought this was very silly and that I have been a massage therapist and business owner for 15 years and that's a crazy policy. And was told well I'm sure that you would like your clients to cancel in enough time so that you can still get paid now our therapist will not be getting paid because your mother is a no-show. I replied with when my clients aren't feeling well and they have somebody take their spot. I am very grateful For them to take initiative and fill the spot because then I still get paid and I have someone to work on. It's not my fault that your guys policy is not letting your massage therapist get paid. I might've also said that they were assholes. Which I definitely stand by that statement. As a massage, therapist and business owner, I am absolutely appalled at such a policy that hurts clients when they think they're doing something to help out and hurts their therapists as well. Ship this place and go to The medical Massage place in Centralia. My mom had been going there for 10 years prior and we have never had a problem like this.
