God help you if you ask them a question, you will receive a rude comment in return. They can not get their records correct...oopps we gave you the incorrect medication now your dead !! It turned out I had type A flu, strep throat and a bacterial infection in my lungs. He did not stop until he was sure he found each thing and gave me two good antibiotics to cure it. One week later I came in again, they said we will take care of this because we understand you were out. Three days later I received a call saying that my mail order prescription has not expired. But I haven't use Mail order all year long. The third time I came in they said you need to call your other doctor, and have them fill it. It took me three times physically walking into this location before I got any kind of straight answer. In addition if you want to get an appointment here as a current customer, you're looking at well over 30 days. Once I finally saw the nurse practitioner, who was again, very nice, my conversation and transaction with her took one minute. Yup. I waited five hours for one minute. I had to take a sick day from work to cover my time sitting there. A day of my life I will never get back. The system here doesn't work. I get some people need more help than others but you would think the "easy" people as I was told I was numerous times, could be in and out and out of their hair instead of turning people away as they came in later in the day because they were full. Why would an hour go by and no one in the waiting room was called? One lady came in describing a heart attack and she was turned away. I felt horrible for her. I hope she is ok.

100% recommend Schine Health and will they will always be our go-to for primary medical needs…read more We started going there a year or so ago and were struck by how welcoming and kind Dr. Schine and his staff were. Everyone that works there is considerate of your medical needs and preferences, never pressures you into doing or taking something that you're not comfortable with, and consistently has your best interests in mind. We have gone to Dr. Schine mostly for cold/flu type care; but being a primary care physician, he can support you in a number of ways. Most recently, I went to him with what turned out to be a sinus infection. I was able to get a next day appointment (sometimes you can get same-day appointments) and, as always, was impressed and happy with the efficiency that the staff conducts the appointments. They accept a number of different insurance plans and are easily connected to local pharmacies to quickly get any prescriptions that is sent in. Levi and the rest of the front office staff are extremely helpful and caring to everyone as well; and will help with any insurance and/or billing questions. One can easily navigate their online appointment scheduling system so you don't have to wait for opening hours to schedule something; and they do offer virtual visits for some appointments. Schine Health is also fully inclusive, welcoming, and a safe place for supportive care for LGBTQ+ and BIPOC patients. Like I said above, I fully recommend Schine Health and will never go anywhere else!
