They have had so many tags reported every year and the care is inconsistent. Unsafe practices occur daily and even the most basic needs are overlooked everyday. Two days after my first appt appointment, I called to cancel the appointment I had for today because I was still in too much pain from my first appointment to go through the therapy again so soon. I was informed that I would be charged a cancellation fee, and that I had signed paperwork agreeing to that. I understood that cancelling a same day appointment would incur a $25 fee and accepted that financial responsibility. I explained that I was not prepared to go forward with the currently consecutive appointments they have scheduled for me because the pain was severe enough that it feels like I need to wait longer before continuing. The person then said that I would have no guarantee of when they would have any appointments available. I acknowledged and accepted that there would be uncertainty about when they would have availability. The conversation then got weird and it seemed to be a problem for the woman on the other end of the line. I finally said not to bother, I wouldn't schedule any future appointment with them at all. I have no idea what happened or why she took such offense to my request to delay my therapy. Bizarre! I invite a manager to contact me if they would like more information.

I missed my 1st apt because I put it in to my calendar wrong, however upon talking to their staff NOT ONE PERSON got reminders for their appointments that day. So both parties at fault, it happens. I returned their "missed apt" call and rescheduled for a few days later at 7am. I missed that apt as well, however I DID try to call.to cancel.but could.not as their office did not answer. I had my bf call again later in the day to explain what happened and their response was "they no longer wanted to deal.with me as a patient due to no call no show", and hung up. The reason i was scheduled to.go here in the first place was to learn ways to deal.with vertigo. I was having a VERY bad episode the morning of my apt. My last appt consisted of arm cycling for 6 minutes, jumping on a ball for 2 minutes and filling out paperwork.
