I had a sore tendon in my left calf, so I had some sessions here. Everyone I encountered was wonderful, from the office staff who arranged my weekly appointments, to the two therapists who worked with me: Ryan and Joseph. I couldn't have asked for better, friendlier or more thorough treatment. They gave me their full attention and constant pep talks. Of course, I hope never to see any of them again, but only because I hope never to need them again. But if I do need physical therapy, I'll be back there in a heartbeat. Highly recommended! (Ignore my wisecrack about hoping never to see any of them again; just my New York sense of humor. I'd be delighted to run into any and all of them again, just not because I'm in pain.) read more

At first I thought it was a really good place I the person I worked with all the time was really nice and became one of my best friends after leaving but the manager her sister and a lot of the other staff where talking shit about me to each other infront of patients braking hipa but they didn't care all because I have seizures and had 3 there they where disrespectful about it and didn't try and help only the person I worked with cared when I was going into a seizure I don't recommend this place at all only reason it's getting a 2 and not a 1 is because of the pt I worked with read more

What do you do if you're in pain and need help ? Don't do what I did :(. I woke up with major sciatic pain in my left leg, I didn't want to goto a regular dr so I called a local chiropractor. After paying a crazy fee, she saw me for about 10 minutes made several "adjustments" and told me I would feel better... well I didn't feel any better. In fact I felt worse because I paid a crazy fee and wasn't any better. My second call was to Jason at Centralia Physical Therapy. I didn't realize that physical therapist don't only come up with a plan to health for pain, they also diagnose the actual issue ! Well after Jason performed a couple of tests on my joints, limbs and muscles he diagnosed my problem.... piriformis syndrome ! He then educated me on the best path towards healing, showed me the exercises, helped improve my mobility and and performed a treatment right then ! When I stood up to walk the pain was immediately better. Plus he charged me a fraction of the cost.. and worked with my insurance to keep money in my pocket ! Piriformis syndrome doesn't go away over night, but I was filled wIth hope as the experience with Jason showed immediate results ! I really can't say enough about Jason and the team at Centralia Physical Therapy. This is my second interaction with them... my wife broke her ankle 2 years ago and they help rehab her ankle back to health. Don't hesitate too make Jason and his team your first call ! read more

So, in 2019 I had a full knee replacement on my left knee...with the guidance and work from Centralia Physical Therapy I was at a 3-6 months recovery and had a terrific outcome...fast forward to 2022 and my right knee was ready for replacement...of course I came back here and at 6 weeks I'm again at 3-6 months recovery. Between Jason and his team and my hard work, we did it again! My Orthopedic Dr. was super impressed with the reports and results he saw. Everyone here is very friendly, that is not an issue at all. I was disappointed that the physical therapist I was assigned to, Jason, have never really worked with me since my first visit. His helper told me that he sees three different patients at the same time, no wonder he did not have time for me. Also, they just kept making me do workouts, like my trainer does, rather than addressing my problem. I had mentioned this a few times but felt ignored. I am getting help somewhere else and feeling much better now. Friendly place but feels more like a gym than a place to address pain. read more

My daughter received physical therapy here about one year ago and worked with Matthew. We were pleased with the care she received and personal one-on-one attention to help her recover from her injury quickly. We decided to try this place again when there was another injury, but sadly, it is not the same. She did not receive the same personal attention for her condition and was treated more like she was at a gym versus physical therapy. I moved to the area in the fall and had been going to a wonderful physical therapist in Federal Way but decided to try a local business. Wow, this place is run like a gym with people popping over to tell you to get on a random machine and be on there for ten minutes and then "Oh, make that another 6 minutes." These people are so secure in being the only physical therapists in the area that they can treat you however they want and know they can get away with it. You don't like it? Tough! I woke up one morning and was very sick. I called in saying I was very ill and wasn't sure what it was but I was SICK. They asked me if it was Covid but how would I know??? Then they told me not to worry about it but would put me on this list of first offenders missing appointments. I never did know when my appointments were. They were always random and I was never given a schedule or reminder card or head's up until the day before the appointment. One particular day, I received the text at 3PM and called in within five minutes to say that I would be at the airport the next day picking up my husband and couldn't be back in time. Well, guess what??? Because the appointment was at 1:30 pm they charged me a late cancelation fee!!!! No other business in my entire experience, and I've dealt with numerous, has been so unreasonable and hellbent on sticking it to you because they can. Well, not only will I never come back to this place I will tell everyone how horrible your service is. My husband and I can't wait to move back up north. The thought of raising our baby, that's on the way, here is out of the question. This is not our hometown and we can't wait to leave. read more

Be aware of what you are getting into before you go here. My mom needed some help for her sciatic pain and ended up at this physical therapy place working with Todd. Her options are limited in the area so she thought she would try this place. She expressed to me multiple times how disappointed she was in her care. She said that she continued to get worse but never felt like her physical therapist worked with her because he was treating 4 people at the same time. Every time she went in, she did the same exercises and felt worse after. She told me that she finally "fired" this place because it was a train wreck. Now we know what questions to ask including how many patients they see at the same time when looking for a new facility. If you want a very expensive gym, go here but if you want treatment, go somewhere else. read more

I was recommended Centralia PT after an injury and surgery (broken fibula, ruptured tendons, detached ankle). I was a mess. :-) These folks did such an incredible job. The office staff is professional and kind. The therapist and his team, everyone who worked with me, are excellent. I left every appointment feeling renewed encouragement for the road ahead. This is easily one of the most professional, well run businesses I have frequented. As a business owner, I know how hard it is to get staff who are consistently courteous, helpful, patient and attentive. The staff members here are all of the above and more. The appointments are on time and my PT (Holly) is super upbeat and willing to "go the extra mile" in finding appropriate therapies for my condition, which is challenging and rather obscure. Even though I'm in Olympia, I gladly drive the 30 miles to CPT because I know I will be taken care of from the beginning to the end of my visit. read more

This is by far the best experience I have ever had with physical therapy! The entire staff is very friendly, warm, respectful, and knowledgeable. They are thorough in explaining all aspects of treatment, including insurance coverage, proposed PT programs and exercises, purpose for each activity, and progress that is being made. They are positive and professional. I have been working with Jason and Rachel most, but all staff members are helpful and well-trained. It is easy to get appointments and they are flexible depending on patient need. I highly recommend this office for any physical therapy needs! read more
