Don't do what I did :(…read more I woke up with major sciatic pain in my left leg, I didn't want to goto a regular dr so I called a local chiropractor. After paying a crazy fee, she saw me for about 10 minutes made several "adjustments" and told me I would feel better... well I didn't feel any better. In fact I felt worse because I paid a crazy fee and wasn't any better. My second call was to Jason at Centralia Physical Therapy. I didn't realize that physical therapist don't only come up with a plan to health for pain, they also diagnose the actual issue ! Well after Jason performed a couple of tests on my joints, limbs and muscles he diagnosed my problem.... piriformis syndrome ! He then educated me on the best path towards healing, showed me the exercises, helped improve my mobility and and performed a treatment right then ! When I stood up to walk the pain was immediately better. Plus he charged me a fraction of the cost.. and worked with my insurance to keep money in my pocket ! Piriformis syndrome doesn't go away over night, but I was filled wIth hope as the experience with Jason showed immediate results ! I really can't say enough about Jason and the team at Centralia Physical Therapy. This is my second interaction with them... my wife broke her ankle 2 years ago and they help rehab her ankle back to health. Don't hesitate too make Jason and his team your first call !

My neck and middle back were so out of alignment that all he did was run his hand along my spine and knew exactly where I was hurting. I expected him to yank and pull on my neck and wrench my back around. Not so. He had a comfortable table that I laid on, and within minutes, it had me feeling better. He assured me I wouldn't be achy and sore later, and I'm not. I was pleasantly surprised that I wasn't hurting and ran around for the rest of the day, instead of going home and sleeping, like I'd planned!

She asked me if I wanted to take it instead of her And that she would pay for it for my birthday, which isn't a few days... I am also a massage therapist I love getting massages anytime possible. So I agreed. I showed up and told them that my mom had wanted me to take her appointment and she wasn't feeling well and the receptionist which was very rude. Informed me that since I was not a current client, I could not be seen today by their massage therapist And that my mother would be getting a $95 no-show fee. I explained to her that I thought this was very silly and that I have been a massage therapist and business owner for 15 years and that's a crazy policy. And was told well I'm sure that you would like your clients to cancel in enough time so that you can still get paid now our therapist will not be getting paid because your mother is a no-show. I replied with when my clients aren't feeling well and they have somebody take their spot. I am very grateful For them to take initiative and fill the spot because then I still get paid and I have someone to work on. It's not my fault that your guys policy is not letting your massage therapist get paid. I might've also said that they were assholes. Which I definitely stand by that statement. As a massage, therapist and business owner, I am absolutely appalled at such a policy that hurts clients when they think they're doing something to help out and hurts their therapists as well. Ship this place and go to The medical Massage place in Centralia. My mom had been going there for 10 years prior and we have never had a problem like this. For the first time in my 29 years of life I walked out of a chiropractors office feeling no pain. I have scoliosis and chronic hip & neck pain. I have seen so many chiropractors in my life (from being a little kid until now) and he is THE FIRST chiropractor to look at my spines curve and inspect the muscles surrounding the curve and adjusting to how my curve lays. He literally adjusted my body head to toe. When he was done he had me walk around a little bit and I said to him "is this really what it feels like to not walk around in pain?'.
