Following a Louisiana tradition on Monday's (Nola), I ordered a cup of the red beans and rice. Hearty, savory and absolutely delicious. Well seasoned with tender beans and lots of sausage. The meal for the three of is was about 47.00, so inflation has also hit my hometown dining places as bad as they have hit my current home near The Woodlands. There are nuts, seeds, and bacon near the soup... you can put this in your salad too. I get so many components I don't feel the need to add a protein.
