I brought my extremely anxious 3yr old GSD/Belgian Malinois here for her 2nd time at any grooming facility. The staff was absolutely lovely - making sure Stella was comfortable and not giving her too much attention until she accepted them. They sat with me and talked until she relaxed, then gave her 30min to an hour to settle before grooming after I'd left. They were able to trim her nails, which she doesn't let anyone do. They treated her so well and understood exactly how to handle a dog of her breed and wariness. I came back to a calm yet excited dog. Not scared, shaky, nervous, or anything negative towards employees. She is a dog of human-like intelligence and would make it clear if anyone had done anything to hurt her or make her uncomfortable. The groomers had taken their time with her and it was noticeable three hours after I'd dropped her off. I also would like to commend that they don't use leashes that tighten as the dog pulls. Stella's biggest issue has been pulling on the leash all her life. They used an adjustable collar on her that made me feel better about her ability to breath. All in all, an outstanding experience. $70 for a lovely grooming job, yummy smelling shampoo, a happy pooch, and peace of mind. Would recommend this place to anyone with any pet, especially those that worry about their precious baby the way I do.

Dr. Clark refused to come back out and give him the proper dosage, and wanted to prescribe Apoquil instead, a medication that we refused from the beginning. So disappointing.
