So we can get high as a kite and we can't go fly fishing. Dope is essential in the land of hippies. My plants are nice.

For the past three weeks, I have visited the store every other day to check on a specific bunny named Ollie. I was informed he would be available for sale today, June 11th. During my visits, multiple employees instructed me to call at 9:00 AM this morning to place him on hold, as I would be at work. I followed these instructions exactly and called at 9:00 AM. However, I shortly received a call back from the manager, Laura, informing me that the bunny was being sold to a walk-in customer. Given that I followed the specific process outlined by your staff after weeks of persistent check-ins, I find this outcome very upsetting and unprofessional.

We too, have a dog left from an older family member that needs a loving home with an older person. Since the dog needed her teeth cleaned, she was rejected from receiving help to find a forever home. We had to give up an older dachshund because of a family member passing and not being able to keep the dog in our apartment. We did try to reach out to anyone and everyone we knew hoping to find a good home for him as well as sharing on social medias. We called her 20 minutes after drop off telling her a family member just reached out hoping to get him for their home so he could stay in the family. Her response was "we don't give dogs back" even though he'd only been there less such a short time. We tried again a couple days later and asked if we could pay her for the time he has spent there (less than 3 days). We were told a short "no". She also advertised with false information being that he has no health problems when she was told he has epilepsy, and that he needs a home without children when in fact we told her repeatedly that he loves everyone including children, just that he is used to having someone around all the time so a senior would be better. This woman and her "rescue" has lost all respect from our family and friends. If we were running a rescue and a family member wanted that dog back, there would be no questions asked. These people should be ashamed of themselves.
