Staff was always welcoming and friendly, not anymore, although there are a couple of the old employees still there and they are friendly. New owners renovated the interior, which does not look better (closed over the windows). It looks boring and plain, certainly not worth the upgrade on service pricing. I gave it several chances, (had three mani/pedis under the new owners) and very disappointed in quality. This last mani/pedi, the manicure is peeling next day :( I won't be back. Ignored me when I spoke to her and asked if she could do deep tissue, no hello or anything and then she starts lightly rubbing my shirt not even really my back. I'm sorry but this is supposed to be helpful to me. Dont you need an education to charge for massages? So I said this won't work and left.
