Dishonest thieves. Couldn't get a transport, arranged for their quoted price, then increased the quote by 20% ( without my consent). Then sent inadequate equipment 4x! After three weeks couldn't get the job done so I did it myself. Won't refund the deposit after Joyce said she would 3x ( never in writing). Owner John became belligerent, profane and condescending on call with credit card company! DO NOT USE. Scum. Seems to be a consistent theme on multiple reviews. read more

Don't use these guys. Customer service is extremely rude. Go with the bigger companies that have more of a name to them. You get about the same rates and so much more without needing to deal with extremely rude customer service personnel Update since the company would like to give me bs that I wasn't a client. I created an order to move my truck cross country however didn't put any of my financial information in yet. Before they even found a driver or anything I decided to cancel that order because I was able to get a better rate by doing a different type of shipping. Absolutely avoid at all costs. The people answering the phones will lie to you, not send you papers or confirmations, then weeks later they will mess up the delivery on the day of pickup. They also wont answer your calls and will argue with you. They are beyond unprofessional. I cannot stress enough how much you should be sure to 100% avoid this company entirely. Stay away. read more

Do yourself a favor and DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! I paid 2 J's Auto Transport Inc. to haul my 5th Wheel RV from Florida to South Dakota. 2 J's hired Zunigas Transport LLC, who said they were insured through Professional Insurance Agency. When I contacted Professional Insurance to file a claim, they notified me that Zunigas Transport LLC stopped paying for their insurance policy in January 2019, and therefore they were uninsured during transport. Two areas of damage worth $2,434 occurred during transport: drivers/front and drivers/rear. When I asked 2 J's (Michael Gross and John Furbush) about pursuing the damage and reimbursement via Zunigas, 2 J's told me they were only the broker and not responsible for damage, and they've done NOTHING to assist. I understand 2 J's Auto Transport Inc. is just a broker, but I expect them to help me as it relates to hiring competent, legal drivers and assisting in the event of damage. In this case there were 2 different areas damaged on our RV during transport, and 2 J's completely turned their backs on us when we need help getting reimbursed by the company they hired. Central Dispatch (who 2 J's uses to contract their drivers) told me it's specifically 2 Js' responsibility to assist us with this problem, and they've done NOTHING! The booking itself was even difficult, with no returned phone calls or emails. They sent out the wrong type of truck for pickup...Bad communication!! I will update this review if I finally get reimbursed for the damage caused during transport. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and don't use this company. There are other reputable companies such as Showroom Transport that will do a good, honest job and actually communicate with you. read more

My car was stuck in Tennessee after a road trip I went on and I called 2 J's to help with my shipment. They were able to pick my car up the same day I called and deliver it to me in Orlando 3 days later so it could get the repairs it needed and I didn't have to go too long without my car. Originally wanted 4 vehicles shipped from Vegas to Crystal River Florida. Dates were flexible. Quoted $3000 total. I then gave a car to a friend. Immediately contacted 2js. Mike said quote would be 25% less (2250.). Then he quoted 2400. The day before scheduled pickup, he sent an email saying pay $3000 to driver. I was stuck. Driver picks up and then 2js charges my credit card a $395 booking fee. My signed contract says 9.95. Then finally a receipt comes for $3395. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Right from the start I received excellent customer service. 2J's Auto Transport was able to make my reservations with only a couple of days' notice, and provided me with best price. I was out of town working in VA, and had to get my car transported from CO to AL. The truck driver went above and beyond the call of duty. When he arrived my car battery was DOA. I asked him if he could get it jump, and he said "I'll take care of it for you", and he did. The car was loaded on the truck without any issues, and delivered on time without any problems. Can't make this up. Hired 2j's Auto Transport to transport our BMW. He was great until he got the money. Later, when I saw my car at the delivery destination, the roof was significantly damaged. The transporter left it that way. I called him up, and he confessed and also said he tried to fix it. The repair was terrible and he actually caused more damage. He was not willing to help pay for the significant repair work necessary as this was a hardtop convertible. I am looking in to having the driver arrested for vandalism and unauthorized use of my car, not the actual act of crushing the car, but the cover up. I explained all this to 2J's Auto Transport through multiple emails and phone calls. To date, not a single response and no refund as well. Not a stand up guy or company....stay far away. read more

Agreed upon price and dates available. Paid upfront. Waited over a week past the scheduled pickup time. Vehicle was still not picked up or even scheduled to be picked up by the agreed upon DELIVERY date. Now we are at the agreed upon delivery date and the vehicle is not even scheduled to be picked up yet half way across the country so I lose the sale of the vehicle. All these companies make promises they can't deliver on. Don't agree to the dates if you can't even come close to making it happen. You are happy to take the money and agree to provide a service then fail to actually do the service agreed upon. This is what people pay for, not just a we'll get to it whenever 2-3 weeks later maybe type of thing. This whole industry is a fraudulent scam. It is virtually impossible to get anything reliable. Then I get accused for the problem saying I didn't need the vehicle shipped anymore?? Seriously? Of course I didn't need it shipped anymore because you didn't schedule a pickup for over 7 days and I lost the sale of the car because of it. read more

Company set a transport bid on uship that I wanted additional details on. Over the phone, they said they could only do a higher price. I asked them why would I do that when I could just accept the bid they placed on uship. Laquana then proceeded to have the offer on uship cancelled so that I would have to go through them directly for a higher price. I called her out on it and she stated that it was a mistake and would repost the offer. No repost was done and she has been non-responsive to emails. read more

I contacted USHIP via the internet and received several quotes to transport the family truck. After going back and forth with several companies I was contacted by Joyce Watson of 2 J's Auto Transport who said that if I went with her company directly she could get me a better rate with faster service. THE LIES BEGIN!!! BAD MISTAKE ON MY PART TO SKIP USHIP AND GO WITH 2 J's directly. The truck was picked up 10 DAYS PAST THE SCHEDULED PICKUP DAY!!!!! Then the truck DISAPPEARS!!!!! No one knows where it's at!!!! Come to find out 2 J's auto transport doesn't even own any transport trucks!!!! They hire random people that will take the lowest quote, then they forget all about you. UNANSWERED PHONE CALLS!!! UNANSWERED EMAILS!!! KNOW THE REAL NIGHTMARE BEGINS!! My family's truck shows up 5 WEEKS LATE!!! Not a day or two.... 5 WEEKS!!! AND!!!! Worst experience ever with a shipping company. Don't use. Contacted them about a week ago to book enclosed shipping for a luxury car to go to Florida. I told them to let me know if they weren't able to do it so I could look for someone else as it had to go. They kept assuring me that it would be no problem and booked Monday to go on Friday. Monday I was told it would be done by Wednesday. Wednesday I was told it would be done later in the day and I would be called back and was not. Thursday morning they said papers had been sent to driver to be signed and they would be back to me in a few hours. I called back in the afternoon and was told first sure that it would be done and I would be called back by 5:00. I reminded her that 2 people had booked off work on Friday to take the car from Canada across the border and down to Watertown for pick up. There was no call and I called at 5:05 to try and get someone before they closed. She answered the phone and told me it is sorted out and would just be a couple of minutes. I waited on hold for 45 minutes to just have someone pick up the line and hang up. I called back and got a guy that told me she had gone home. He assured me that someone would call me last night or first thing this morning. No call. 2 people with the day off work and a furious car owner now. They led me to beleive they had a fleet of trucks and then I found out that they are just a broker that put jobs out for bids. They said they had a few trucks which I take as probably meaning the pick up trucks they drive to work and back. This irresponsibility is costing me huge in finance and respect. Do not listen to anything they say and if they tell you they are going to do something move on to someone else unless they can provide it in a written contract right away. Do not use 2J's for any transportation needs. They will promise you the world and then lie to you about their ability to get a driver for you on time, for that price, and make excuses throughout. I was promised on a Wed that the driver would pick it up by Fri, and when it got late in the day, they kept making excuses. No one came. No one answered the phones at all on Sat. Nothing happened until Mon and they told me the price was going UP $150 for a nonsense excuse about snowbirds. So all the snowbirds were shipping their cars on Mon and not 3 days earlier, got it, makes sense. Then they tell me the driver would have it to me in "one day transit time," which was also a lie - it took over 50 hours! Not the driver's fault, he ran his route to pick up and drop off other vehicles, but don't tell me one day when you know that it will be longer by more than another 24 hours! BEWARE this company! I hired them to move my new camper from the factory to my location. Their driver took my brand new camper on some sort of insane joyride 1000 miles out of the way of the route to my house then delivered it to my house completely wrecked like nothing ever happened. He'd even removed some of the components and tried to hide his activities, pretending the components weren't ever there (though the dealer and factory had proof they were there when he picked it up). He blamed the dents and damage on the dealer though the walk through he'd signed was 100% clean. Before he delivered it, he called me to claim he stranded without gas money and needed me to send him money so he could continue the delivery. What has 2J's done to make it right? NOTHING. Not one thing. I raised the alarm with 2Js days before the camper arrived, since I had a gut feeling something was wrong. Their claims of 24/7 customer service are complete bunk as they weren't reachable for DAYS. Finally when I got someone, they blew me off, called me crazy, ignored me, etc. Well, the camper is essentially totalled, and 2J's won't talk to me. Owner John Furbush said he wanted to talk to me but won't answer his phone or return phone calls, so they are a lost cause. Their only response is to get all huffy that I was upset with them. HECK YES I AM UPSET! My $40,000 camper was wrecked by their driver before I'd ever even laid eyes on it. I have not received one communication from 2J's since I told them about this (but they have time to respond to my BBB complaint accusing me of being angry with them. Well, duh. Yes. I'm angry!).
