I don't understand how giving customers the best service possible isn't industry wide. Unlike going to any of the harley dealers in town.Randy will take care of you. great service fair price and innovative designs. Thx Randy

Randy is the worst mechanic I have dealt with in my life and extremely unprofessional (And I think…read morehe is the owner). I took my Big Dog motorcycle in last year to have carb work done and an oil leak fixed. He did the carburetor but when I went to pick up the bike I noticed an oil puddle under it. When I asked about the oil leak he said "its probably a primary cover bolt that went too far through and is leaking in the back, just put some thing in there to plug it up". I told him "no, i brought it in for you to fix the oil leak. can you please take it back and fix it?" After fixing the oil leak my bike had electrical issues and wouldnt start. Unfortunately I had to have him fix that too. 3 Jobs done, zero calls upon completion. I had to call him sporadically to get a condescending "were still workin on it" then when its ready and call I get a "its been ready for almost a week now" resulting in my bike being at the shop for over a month. When I finally got the bike back there were over 10 new scratches on my tailpipes, engine, and forks. Randy denied any involvement. After bringing the bike in and showing him the multitude of scratches I got him to agree to detail my bike so a potential buyer might not see the scratches as well. He said he was too busy to do it this week and would call me. To my surprise i never got a call

Triumph San Diego is one of the best motorcycle dealerships I've ever been to. They also sell Royal…read moreEnfield and they always have a tempting selection of used bikes. What makes them the best is their attentive staff. Jeff, their primary sales person, always greets everyone he sees with sincerity and a smile making all whom enter feel welcome without being overbearing. Todd at parts seems to have eyes behind his head and is quick to acknowledge you if you're hovering around the parts counter, ready to assist. Dan at service has a knowledge and experience that comes through as he listens to your needs and he expresses his thanks with a firm handshake, for your business. I believe Issac is the general manager and he will give you his honest opinion even if it may discourage the sale of a bike, part or service. All of the staff are passionate about motorcycles and they all ride if not race the brands they represent. The shop isn't as large as other motorcycle dealerships, but it's clean, bright and usually has all the models of Triumphs and Royal Enfields offered. They have a good selection of accessories, clothing and usually seem to have the parts I need in stock and when I do need to order a part, it's there within a week. If not busy, some of the staff will chat bikes and track with you all day, but they usually keep pretty busy. Nicest most sincere dealership I've ever been to.

I popped into the shop a couple of times back in 2023 and 2024, mostly just window shopping and romanticizing the idea of owning my dream Triumph one day. During those visits, I was blown away by the level of customer service Jeff gave me, even though it was clear I wasn't ready to buy yet. I remember telling him, "Mark my words -- the next time I buy a motorcycle, I'm going out of my way to support you guys and I'll only do business with Triumph San Diego." Fast forward nearly three years later, I was randomly browsing the website and saw my budget-friendly dream bike -- a Street Twin in Matte Ironstone -- had just come into the shop. I knew I had to impulsively buy it right away. Jeff, Todd, and Holland were absolutely amazing throughout the entire purchasing process. They were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and made everything smooth and stress-free. I really can't emphasize enough how good Jeff is at his job -- he treats every customer like it's his first time helping them and genuinely cares about the experience. If you're reading this and you've made it this far, stop contemplating buying that motorcycle and just do it. Trust the process and let the Triumph San Diego crew take care of you. You won't regret it.
