Randy is the worst mechanic I have dealt with in my life and extremely unprofessional (And I think…read morehe is the owner). I took my Big Dog motorcycle in last year to have carb work done and an oil leak fixed. He did the carburetor but when I went to pick up the bike I noticed an oil puddle under it. When I asked about the oil leak he said "its probably a primary cover bolt that went too far through and is leaking in the back, just put some thing in there to plug it up". I told him "no, i brought it in for you to fix the oil leak. can you please take it back and fix it?" After fixing the oil leak my bike had electrical issues and wouldnt start. Unfortunately I had to have him fix that too. 3 Jobs done, zero calls upon completion. I had to call him sporadically to get a condescending "were still workin on it" then when its ready and call I get a "its been ready for almost a week now" resulting in my bike being at the shop for over a month. When I finally got the bike back there were over 10 new scratches on my tailpipes, engine, and forks. Randy denied any involvement. After bringing the bike in and showing him the multitude of scratches I got him to agree to detail my bike so a potential buyer might not see the scratches as well. He said he was too busy to do it this week and would call me. To my surprise i never got a call

Phones are ringing...customers are cutting in and out... cats and dogs sleeping together and the whole time he's juggling it with perfection. Happy, smiling, helpful and pleasant to be around! I was standing there for maybe 10 minutes and my head was starting to hurt just watching him control everything. To make a long story he was absolutely amazing! And thus I bestowed upon him, the highest honor than a disk jockey can give another: "I love your show!" After that experience rather than having them ship it to my doorway in Ramona, I told Kayland I'd come back and pick it up just so I could run into him again. Thank you, Mike.

What makes them the best is their attentive staff. Jeff, their primary sales person, always greets everyone he sees with sincerity and a smile making all whom enter feel welcome without being overbearing. Todd at parts seems to have eyes behind his head and is quick to acknowledge you if you're hovering around the parts counter, ready to assist. Dan at service has a knowledge and experience that comes through as he listens to your needs and he expresses his thanks with a firm handshake, for your business. I believe Issac is the general manager and he will give you his honest opinion even if it may discourage the sale of a bike, part or service. All of the staff are passionate about motorcycles and they all ride if not race the brands they represent. The shop isn't as large as other motorcycle dealerships, but it's clean, bright and usually has all the models of Triumphs and Royal Enfields offered. They have a good selection of accessories, clothing and usually seem to have the parts I need in stock and when I do need to order a part, it's there within a week. If not busy, some of the staff will chat bikes and track with you all day, but they usually keep pretty busy. Nicest most sincere dealership I've ever been to.

My first bad review. Avoid the service department here…read more Took my Daytona here awhile back about some start issues and on the phone Daniel convinced me to get the 12k service done as well. Couple weeks later after I drop the bike off I get an angry phone call from Daniel about how "it would've been nice to know that the bike wouldn't start". Guess he forgot that was the main reason I even hit them up. I picked the bike up, rode home, and noticed the fuel tank was wobbling. The rubber tank grommets were missing and I called to see if they had them lying around, I was told that they likely fell out at some point due to dry rotting. An hour later I received the call that they found them, I went back to pick them up and they were fine. Though they still tried to sell me new ones. Cut to now, I found my airbox hose clamps missing as well as the hardware to the butterfly valve trumpets completely loose. Had the screw fallen into the valve my motor would've been shot. The clutch cable failed not long after I had them complete the 12k servicing.

I took my Canyon bike to moment bicycles for a professional bike fitting, and unfortunately, my…read moreexperience was extremely concerning. During the fitting, JT took parts of my bike apart and appeared unsure about how to put everything back together, to the point that he was watching YouTube videos for 40 minutes for guidance. After the "fitting", he told me the bike was ready and safe to ride. The next morning, I took the bike to Cabrillo. While going downhill, I realized that parts of the bike were loose and that it was unsafe to ride. This could have resulted in a very serious accident. I immediately called the shop. JT was initially extremely rude and showed very little concern about the fact that I had been sent out on a bike that was not properly secured. His attitude changed only after I told him I was considering legal action. At that point, he became much more cooperative and offered to fix the problems. A professional bike fitting should never leave a bike in a condition that puts the rider's safety at risk. What concerns me most is that I was specifically told the bike was ready to ride when it clearly was not. Based on my experience, I would not trust this shop with my bike again. At the video below you can see how my bike was giving back to me, totally unsafe . If you do decide to go to the shop for fitting , I wish you all the best luck in the world.
