I purchased a salvage-titled Ducati 848 that had a GPR stabilizer that was out of oil. It was very cost-effective to have the unit rebuilt rather than replace. 5 or so years later, is began leaking. Sent it in for servicing, turn around time was fantastic, and I was back in business. A couple months later, the damping effect was diminished, so I sent it back in and it was rebuilt again using higher viscosity oil. Perfect. No cost to me except for shipping to return the unit to them. When the exact same thing happened again, rather than attempting to refurb the unit once again, GPR instead offered an upgraded replacement, discounted by the amount I had spent trying to fix the problem. What a fantastic experience. It's too bad that more businesses don't operate this way. Going above and beyond is the smartest thing an owner could do. read more

I want to thank all the staff at GPR, specially Howie and Randy. I spoke to Randy over the phone and emails back and forth about GPR stabilizers for my new KTM, I also had a Stabilizer that needed service, so a Few days later drove to their headquarters, I met Howie handed him my stabilizer and he asked " do you wanna wait for it ?" What ! Wow they would be able to get it completed in minutes! Howie briefly explained the process and warranty etc... I decided to just come back the next morning. Fast forward to the next morning. I walked in Howie handed me the stabilizer, I immediately could feel the stabilizer was like new. Wanna thank the entire staff at GPR for the AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I bought a new street bike and the dealer installed my GPR for me and flew off this past weekend when I went out for a ride at high speeds. Called the dealer and did nothing to assist me in any way. Went over to these guys and told them what had happened and right away I was offered a very nice discount for a GPR. Also got a story that made sense on way it flew off. Overall great product!! Has saved me plenty of times in high speed wobbles and low speed potholes at night. I love the fact that they are here local in San Diego and are always willing to service their product for you at no extra charge!! That is real customer service and is something that I looked for when I was shopping for my bike. I wanted to know that if there was any problems I would be taken care of. The warehouse location where everything is assembled is a sight to see. I haven't taken any pics on my recent visits but will next time Im down there! Came a little late and was told that the service would take 20 minutes and that I may have to leave it since the service tech was going to leave very soon. However, he told me he could fit me in without me having to travel all the way back the next day or pay for shipping. Which I was so thankful for since I didn't realize how late I was. Overall Great customer service, I even noticed they replaced some of the external parts such as screws and knobs when I only expected the regular service such as liquid and seals. I recently purchased a GPR V4 steering stabilizer kit from my dealer. During installation I found that the kit was missing a standoff for the speedometer mount. I sent an email to info@gprstabilizer.com and got an immediate response from Randy who identified that my dealer had supplied the incorrect kit for my application.
