After searching online first I drove down to this location although I'm 10 min away from San Marcos location because they had a bigger selection. I had a helmet in mind but once I got to the store I saw sooooo many other options. Liv was extremely knowledgeable about fit and helmet integrity which heavily influenced my purchase. Because my size was not in stock I was provided the option to have my helmet shipped to my home at no additional charge. It arrived within a week. The store also offers a wide selection of almost every riding product for all types of riders. I understand the challenge to staff for varying customer volume but I docked 1 star due to a long wait (I wasn't even acknowledged for at least 20 min) especially after coming from San Marcos. I called and asked about returns and they told me I could mail it back or return to the shop. When I purchased, I didn't realize how local they are! I'm in Elsinore so it was just a short drive. I decided to trade up and get a full face helmet. The gloss black lane splitter was pretty pricey but the guy behind the counter (wish I got his name) said they had other colors on the close out special. He pulled up this storm gray helmet and I instantly loved it! He made sure the fit was perfect for me and it was actually the same as my previous Bell qualifier. They even refunded my shipping cost.
