I called and asked about returns and they told me I could mail it back or return to the shop. When I purchased, I didn't realize how local they are! I'm in Elsinore so it was just a short drive. I decided to trade up and get a full face helmet. The gloss black lane splitter was pretty pricey but the guy behind the counter (wish I got his name) said they had other colors on the close out special. He pulled up this storm gray helmet and I instantly loved it! He made sure the fit was perfect for me and it was actually the same as my previous Bell qualifier. They even refunded my shipping cost.
