I purchased a salvage-titled Ducati 848 that had a GPR stabilizer that was out of oil. It was very…read morecost-effective to have the unit rebuilt rather than replace. 5 or so years later, is began leaking. Sent it in for servicing, turn around time was fantastic, and I was back in business. A couple months later, the damping effect was diminished, so I sent it back in and it was rebuilt again using higher viscosity oil. Perfect. No cost to me except for shipping to return the unit to them. When the exact same thing happened again, rather than attempting to refurb the unit once again, GPR instead offered an upgraded replacement, discounted by the amount I had spent trying to fix the problem. What a fantastic experience. It's too bad that more businesses don't operate this way. Going above and beyond is the smartest thing an owner could do.
