I sold my house (surprise surprise) and needed a cleaning team to come out and do a move out cleaning. This business was incredibly responsive to my request for a quote and had availability even sooner then I needed them. The pricing was incredibly fair and the team of three women, led by Elizabeth, did an incredibly job. I am sad I am no longer in Austin to use their services more frequently because it was that clean. They cleaned all the cabinets inside and out, cleaned the oven, which was shamefully dirty due to the great croissant fire of 2021, so it looked brand new, the floors shined and they even got the top of the fridge. The only complaint I had was that I was told they would be there at nine and didn't show up until 10:30am which, taken with how clean the house is, is not that big of a problem, especially considering today is actually a holiday so I didn't feel that warranted a lower rating. Absolutely 10/10 would and will recommend to everyone I know. read more

I've been working with this company for about 6 months now. They are constantly late... over an hour late every time. I don't work from home like most people now & it's extremely frustrating when they seem to always blame traffic. I purposely get the first morning shift for that reason & they still can't seem to get there in a timely manner. Also, the owner is terrible at responding to me via text. I will ask her a question immediately after she messages me & them silence. I would not recommend this company at all! Worst customer service! read more
