I recently purchased a new BMW that only had one key fob. I was informed by the dealer to call this locksmith to have another one made. I called the locksmith (Fred) and he made arrangements to to come to our condo. He gave me updates as to when he would come to the condo and program another one. He was very curteous and professional. Unfortunately after he left neither key would start the car. I called him back and he said that he would come back ASAP. He returned a few a few hours later to jump start my dead battery and reprogram the computer so that both keys would work. They stand behind their business and I would reccomend them to anyone needing a locksmiths service. read more

When we first call 24/7 was the first to pop up on the internet. When we required about the fee we were told between 82 to $120. The technician came out promptly but with barely checking the door we were told that it was going to be $120 fee. I assumed that was because the lock would have to be changed. It seems he pried the door a little bit jiggled it and had it open within 20 sec. It seems they want to charge you the high end of the fee anyway. I did not ask him why it was the higher fee because it was 91 degrees out I had a baby and my daughter and myself and it was after 10 at night. I did feel like that was a little much for what he did and next time I will definitely ask upfront whatever company I use as to why it would be such a price difference. read more

Tom was great and came to my car at around 830pm. He fixed my broken Mercedes Benz key blade in his van. Quick, courteous service. I went to a previous locksmith who messed up my key but Tom was able to get my key made correctly and in about half an hour. He even stayed to make sure my Mercedes accepted the key 3 times before leaving. Would highly recommend this service! read more

Excellent service! Highly recommended for any lock service needs. Punctual, friendly, professional. Im impressed and im not one tp be impressed easily. I found them after callong four other locksmiths at midnight. They answered, responded that theu would be there in twenty minutes, and they were there in 20 minutes. The service is awesome. I needed to have a new key cut and programmed to my truck. They didnt quite have all the ewuipment at the dead of night. However, the next day right at 11am they were back to finish the task. DO NOT CALL THIS SERVICE! I called to get a bid for a big job, I want to get my rental properties master keyed ( I own/ manage 9 of them in the south bay) a total of 90 cylinders. This would be a very good job for any company to get and could make them some good money, so I expect a certain level of professionalism when seeking a bid. After I called and spoke to their "dispatcher" I received 5+ follow up calls from different "technicians" asking if I needed service. Basically when you call they just blast your number out to a bunch of providers who then essentially spam call you. None of the follow up calls had any information about the job I provided the original "dispatcher". When one of their techs finally met me today at one of the buildings he attempted to charge me for a service call when they never informed me of a charge. I simply wanted to meet to get a bid for what is a big job. Oh and the preliminary "bid" of 40$ per cylinder is 2x more than a local locksmith I had called. RIDICULOUS EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE AVOID AVOID AVOID!! read more

He showed up fast, opened the door in about 15 secs and charged me 189.00. Apparently that is market rate...hmmmm. After charging me he told me that if i want lower price I should call him directly. So apparently not a market rate. Needs customer service training also. Tom Pinto is very knowledgable and tackled the toughest computer re-key and perimeter reset for my 2002 Lincoln Town Car. I had a check engine light that wouldn't go off. I had to replace the computer and Tom reset the keys and did a perimeter reset for the security system. This will now allow me to pass smog. Tom saved me from high dealer costs as well. I locked myself out of a bedroom and didn't have a key. I called 24/7 Locksmith and asked for a quote to get it opened. He wouldn't give me a price range and said the representative would give me an estimate when he arrived. Very unorganized; he called back twice to confirm my phone number and address. The rep. began working on the lock and said it would be $140. I told him the price was outrageous and he said the range was $90 to $170 depending on the type of lock. I never would have had them come over if I had been given this range as I originally requested. It took him 20 seconds to get it open! What a rip off! I understand that I'm paying for their time and expertise, but this price is ridiculous! read more
