Not the case with Vinny! Even during peak season, he was there to evaluate the situation immediately, and - not only that - he gave us a better deal than I could ever imagine. He even gave us an option to do some life-support repairs on our broken unit if a replacement was out of our budget. They canceled the appointment because it was drizzling outside. Jessica, who contacted me to cancel the appointment told me that someone would get in touch with me within 2-3 days. So, someone should have called to reschedule by May 5. This never happened!! On May 8, I reached out on their company website without any response. On May 9, 2022, I called and got transferred to their answering service. Again, there was no call back! I did the same outreach the next day and Wednesday May 11,2022. I had also written an email to the owner , Mike on May 10,2022. There were a total of 5 outreach attempts without a response, only leaving my cell number for them to call back. Finally, I was fed up with their lack of responsiveness to my calls and e-mails. When I left my third phone message today with their answering service, I told the receptionist that if I didn't get a call back today that I would be writing a negative review and I would be taking them to small claims court to get half of my contract money ( $543 ) returned to me. Only today did I finally get a call back from the owner Mike. He was nasty, when he should have been apologetic to me. He told me that he's dropping me as a customer. He said he was going to come to my home , which I took as an implied threat to me and my family. He also lied to me and told me that he contacted me 5 times. This is a blatant lie as I just spent the last few hours checking my phone records for my mobile phone and landline. He only called back after I threatened to take him to court for breach of contract, which seemed to be what he was doing by avoiding calling me back and providing the services that I paid for in my yearly contract. I strongly urge anyone considering doing business with this company to seek another alternative. He is a nasty owner and can not be trusted. It is virtually impossible to reach anyone by phone and they certainly don't value their customers. I told him that I would give home 3 days from today to return half of my contract money. He came to take a look at the space and provided his recommendation and promptly sent us the quote after. We had gotten quotes from multiple places and their pricing was fair. He was very responsive and answered all of the questions we had. For any questions he wasn't able to answer immediately he got back to us promptly with the answer. Seth and another guy was responsible for installing the unit on the day of. John came by to make sure the installation was going okay. The guys were quick and efficient with the installation. The job itself was very clean install of the unit and they covered the pipe going down the side of my house so it looks a lot better! They completed the installation all in one day, which was great! They took away the old unit and cleaned up afterwards. We also ended up upgrading our thermostat. John was accommodating and sent Seth back at a later time (after we received the new thermostat) to install the new thermostat. It took a bit to get the heat pump working but ultimately it was all done and John and Seth stayed to make sure both the AC and heat pump was working. So we were very happy with how the project was handled and completed.

However, I was advised to remove my initial review or our project would not be completed. On Father's Day morning, we called this company for an emergency due to issues with our boilers. Initially, we were impressed by their prompt response and diagnostic services. However, working with David and his company turned out to be the worst experience we could have had. David promised us a new HVAC system (water heater and heat pump) within a day or two. This has now turned into three weeks. The communication between us and David was terrible, and he even threatened us. To make matters worse, he left our family in the middle of a heatwave, with a newborn baby! David has said vile things to my family because we asked questions about the work that was supposed to be completed and complained that the service we paid for was not complete. He was angry that we filed a complaint with the financial institution we worked with to get the work done he removed the breaker from the heat pump system and told us that "our children will suffer tonight" ( heat wave in affect and it's over 100 degrees in the home ). His words were so disturbing that they are not allowed anywhere near our property. They also damaged and left a hole in our ceiling. After stating that someone would come to fix it, just like they usually do, no one came, and they didn't even bother to follow up. We had to pay someone else to come and fix it. We took out a loan for a specific system and he promised us that system, yet installed a cheaper lesser system with equally bad customer service. Once the job was reluctantly "finished," our heat pump didn't work, and we had to call in and pay other companies to not only evaluate the work this company did but also fix it. We later found out that the work they did could have resulted in a fire if we had kept the unit running. Not only are they dishonest and take advantage of emergency situations, but they also do horrible work.
