Our company went through Angie's list to get bids and this guy is unreliable unless it's convenient for him. Maybe too hot out for him to work. The home was filthy and smelled so bad you had to cover your nose and mouth just to walk inside--but that didn't faze Ryan. He was professional, efficient, and incredibly detail-oriented throughout the entire process. Despite how bad the condition was, he worked with impressive patience and care. He even went the extra mile by folding and neatly stacking the removed carpet onto his truck, which showed how much pride he takes in his work. To top it off, after removing the carpet, he took out tools and helped me flatten the subfloor--something he didn't have to do, but did anyway just to make sure the job was done right. I highly recommend SoCal Junk Removal & Demo. Ryan is reliable, thorough, and clearly cares about doing quality work. I'll definitely be hiring them again for future projects.

Ernesto was the 1st one who came at 9:00am and he gave me a verbal bid before he left. He was very upfront and told me he could start the next day and it would take 8 days to complete. I received the written bid around 11am via email. While waiting for the other 3 to get me their bids, I decided to go with Ernesto that evening since he could start immediately while others couldn't start until the following week and it will take them 10-15 days to complete. Ernesto's bid was also the most competitive as well. The next morning around 8am, Ernesto showed up with his 20ft truck and a 20ft trailer ready to go. His crew of 3 worked very fast and efficient. Since Ernesto started, I also added some things on the list that weren't a part of the original bid. Ernesto graciously accepted the changes with reasonable additional charges of course. Regardless, Ernesto followed through with the tasks and finished everything including the added items in 5 short days. Everything was done properly and all debris was cleared out. His demeanor, professionalism, graciousness and flexibility were much appreciated. I would definitely use his services again and highly recommend Ernesto for all your demolition and hauling services.
