They are busy (and rightfully so), so it took a few weeks to get someone out for an estimate. Tim came over and was able to quickly give us a quote on the work and we asked to be scheduled as soon as they could fit us in. Typically there's a "wait," I think I Tim said they were booked a month out, but they were able to squeeze us in since ours was a small job and they had a cancellation. Tim and his colleague did such a great job. I was so impressed at how quickly they got our gutters up and how good they look. I don't think I've ever been so excited for it to rain (which it did a week later and the gutters worked amazingly). Also, Tim was great to talk to and an overall nice guy. Down the road, we'll be reaching out to him for some additional work on our house. I would highly recommend Superior!

If I could use more colorful words on Yelp to describe what a despicable human being Freddy is than I would. All the other bad reviews sing the same tune and unfortunately so is mine. He delays our jobs for so long and blames it on the manufacturing being "back ordered". You guys....HE IS THE ONE WHO SETS UP THE DATES TO START. He will seriously text us "the guys are at the factory picking up materials, we can start Monday" and then of course Monday comes and goes and NOTHING. We'll blow up this phone for days and then he'll respond 4-5 days later "oh I'm out of town, the materials aren't ready". LIKE WHAT? YOU Legit texted me telling me that it's already being picked up or that you already have it. This happened so many times. I almost gave him 3 more projects but decided not to since he lies so much. Since then, I have finished these 3 other projects and yet Freddy still isn't able to finish this ONE house. Oh and victor? His partner? LOL I have never once heard about him (I had stupidly used Freddy for 2 other projects prior to this one being the last straw--and I tell ya, I never liked him but kept using him due to the price..ITS NOT WORTH IT PEOPLE)--so victor? I never heard of him before. All of a sudden when we have had enough of Freddy, he hands us Victor's number because of course he's "out of town". I call victor regarding my order, he tells me he'll call the factory and get back to me. I stop him before he hangs up asking if he even knew my name or the project I'm talking about. He admits that he doesn't so I'm like HOW ARE YOU GOING TO CALL THE FACTORY WHEN YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT PROJECT THIS IS REGARDING. They have this fraud all figured out. Victor steps in as the "good cop" and claims he doesn't know what's going on and why Freddy would tell us a date when it's not ready. Victor, you are supposedly the "partner". Either you are the dimmest partner ever or my guest is that you want to act dim to get away with fraud. Oh and they said I was "rude" and stopped talking or responding to me after I told Victor that I plan to sue if they didn't get the job done or give me a refund. Laughable. Grown men acting like children. Don't own a company if you don't know how to run it. BEWARE that they also go by different company names. I got them as "definition patio covers". If I knew they were really lemus patio covers and I was able to Yelp them, I would have never ever used them. After doing research, we found out they have TWENTY TWO complaints. TWENTY TWO (22!!!!!) COMPLAINTS PEOPLE. I am reporting them to every agency possible and will be reaching out to previously reviewed guests to collect evidence against them. With our collective complaints, we can make sure they never build another patio. I have already filed a claim with small claims court since they are refusing to refund even though they didn't do the work. If anyone else has has a bad experience with them (which we all know there's a lot of us out there), reach out to me so we can take action against these two frauds. He came prepared with tile samples (multiple times) and recommendations that made design decisions easy. We landed on a stunning light grey tile countertop with a white tile that matches our pool -- all beautifully crafted. When we wanted last-minute changes, the team was on it. Quick installation, wrapped up just in time for us to smoke a Thanksgiving turkey on our brand new smoker! Jesse was incredibly communicative the whole way through, always responsive over text and happy to stop by in person to answer questions. When the job was done, the patio was left absolutely spotless -- every box and scrap hauled away. The under-counter LED lighting at night is a fantastic touch we didn't expect. He built two pool deck covers for us, and when one of them started squeaking loudly in the slightest wind, I called to get him to come out and look at. This was in July. After about 4 weeks, he sent out the other guy he works with, Cruz, who said it just needs some more screws to stabilize it, but he doesn't have any with him. That was mid-August. I called and texted twice a week for months trying to get him to come out. Dave would promise to come out "I'll be able to come out later this week." He never called or texted to setup a time, and then of course never followed up, never answered my calls and would not respond to txts. Weeks later he says he can come on Tuesday. I txt on Tuesday asking for a time of arrival, and he says, "Not today. Delivering materials all day. Before the end of the week" I say I am available Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. No reply. On Friday I ask if he's coming and he replies "No I am on a job. I am so short handed that you'll have to just be patient. I will get to you" Patient?!? It is NOVEMBER now, almost 5 month since my first request to come fix his faulty pool deck cover. He finally shows up mid-November with a serious attitude and leaves my cover damaged. I asked what happened and he says "screw broke, accidents happen. I asked, "can you clean that up?" "Nope, accidents happen," he says. Then I ask him to look at the gate he installed wrong. He literally stopped in his tracks and loudly dropped his tools. The drama queen didn't want to look at his other failure. Never did he address, much less apologize, for the 5 month delay. He's rude, does poor work that he blames on "mistakes" that he doesn't take responsibility for and is sort of scary. I definitely don't want that guy anywhere near my property again. His sales guy, Robert, on the other hand is pleasant and nice, but when Dave shows up it's the complete opposite.

His license is fake. They also call their company "thepatioguy.com". Run, don't walk away from these crooks. I really hope that they are either dead or out of business.
