Like others have said, this company represented by owner Jason S. has refused to refund my deposit after determining the project I requested could not be accommodated. Instead of refunding my deposit in full, Jason thought it would be smart to charge fees in which he was already paid by Horizon Sunrooms / Patio Depot Corporation for CAD drawings. No where in the contract does it list CAD drawing fees. Horizon Sunroom agreed to refund my deposit for material; however, Jason refused to refund the deposit for labor he did not complete. Be prepared to be disappointed if your project goes south and cannot be completed, either due to lack of procuring the correct material or making promises that they can't keep. I paid $500 for the drawing on a project on 6/11/21 and it still has not been completed. He works with a fraudulent company, Global Sunrooms that sent him over to take measurements for installation and to complete a drawing for my project. Jason does not respond to emails nor calls. Higher Quality Construction is the the worst company to deal with. in 2020 Sunrooms and Patio rooms located in Encinitas came to my home per my request for information on installing an aluminum roof. Michael Brooks of Sunrooms and Patio rooms sent Jason Saich from Higher Quality Construction out for estimate and measurement. decided to go with them. that was the biggest mistake I ever made! it is now 2023 still have leaks from 2020 with constant calls for them to come out and fix leaks after numerous calls to Jason who didn't care! They come out in the summer seal and leave, rain comes leaking again same spots from new ones. They can't come out because it is wet! this has been going on for 3 years!! I just had them out again on the 8th to fix same leaks as previous years, today is the 16th we had a little rain this morning and I have leaks!! I have 12 still photos and 34 videos that I have sent to Jason!! He is the worst person to do business with. Plus not to mention all the texts I have sent him. The cree he sends out ate nice guys but they can only do what Jason tells them to do, which is basically nothing! Please do your research before hiring for any work from Higher Quality Construction! In September 2022 I called California Sunroom for a patio enclosure. Mike with Riverside Sunroom Sales came out and we discussed what I wanted. He asked for 3,000.00 partial down towards materials which I gave him. Their builder, Jason with All Pros came out and measured my patio. I told him exactly what I wanted and he asked for 600.00 down towards labor which I gave him. He referred his inspector Kevin James for the city permit from Rancho Cucamonga. I contacted Kevin James and he asked for 1,000.00, which I zelled him for the permit. The permit was approved under Higher Quality Construction Lic.929362. In February, I started calling because I had not heard from anyone and spoke with Shawn/California Sunroom/Riverside Sunroom Sales, who got a hold of Jason with All Pro which than called me. He said the materials would be delivered in a week. A couple of days later, two men showed up saying they were with All Pro and they were there for the installation. I let them in and showed them the patio and told them what I wanted as they had no knowledge of the job. They measured and told me they could not do the job as the patio was too low for the 6ft sliding door and materials they had. They tried calling Jason and they could not get a hold of him. I called California Sunroom/Riverside Sunroom Sales and spoke with Shawn who would get a hold of Jason. When I did speak with Jason he told me they could not do the job because my patio was too low and speaking with Shawn again he told me the same thing. Frustrated I told them I wanted the job canceled and my money back. Here we are in April and I have heard from no one. Quite a scam. read more

Trevor and Justin came to install my sunroom. They were very thorough and respectful. In fact, when they came the first time to do the work, they noticed that the contractor I hired to make the slub for the sunroom had done it incorrectly. The measures. And alignment to the home were not straight. They measured what needed to be the proper size and help me communicate with my contractor right then. We were able to arrange for him to come back and do it properly with the correct instructions. Trevor and Justin came back the following week to do the job and were done in 2 days. They also installed my fan and left everything clean and in order. One thing I noticed is how well Trevor and Justin worked together. They clearly are a great team. I was also happy that I didn't have to deal with workers that played loud music which sometimes some workers do and disturb the neighbours. They approached me when they had questions or wanted to know my preferences on certain decisions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get a sunroom. Our sunroom and patio roof took 10 months to come in due to the covid backlog of aluminum. Jason kept in touch with the factory and stayed on top of getting our order completed. Once Jason contacted us the order was ready, he and his crew installed it and did a quality job. Wanted a California room added to our mobile home. Signed a contract in November, they finally finished in March. The room looks great, but leaks like crazy. Told them at the time of the last payment which they said they would come out and fix. Now it's mid April and nothing had been fixed. We redid all the weather caulking ourselves and now have no leaks. First inspection did not pass. Employees not very professional. Throwing stuff around, dropping the "f-bomb" in practically every sentence. Totally putting out there that they didn't want to be here doing this job. Wouldn't bother me so much, but when you live in a retirement community and most of your neighbors are elderly and come to our house telling us what they heard and saw was kind of disturbing. My husband would go outside to see where they were and found them smoking under our porch. One of the employees was caught rummaging around our back yard looking for stuff. Not cool! Never cleaned up after themselves. We had to do that as well. Would put their cigarettes out on the deck floor that we had finished. Still picking up cigarette butts. No complaints for the crew that did the deck, just the room and awning. My husband also helped out when only one person was sent out to work. He even had to let them borrow tools and ladders because they "forgot" to bring them. The price was the lowest after doing our homework and getting bids. After WE finished off the needed repairs, we can now have rugs and furniture out there and not have to worry about everything getting wet. I guess we got what we paid for. Neighbors in our park love the end result, but wouldn't have them work on their homes. Totally would not refer this company to any of our friends and neighbors. read more

I ordered a enclosed sunroom back in Aug 2020. Paid out nearly $7,000. Still no sunroom or eta. I have tried to contact the company even emailed the contact that was given to me. I was told that the sunroom company no longer has a contract with Duralum because they did not have a current license. I was told by Jason that we were waiting for the roof to come from China..... But the contact email that was given to me said they are made in the USA and not China. I have not been given a delivery date, I have asked for a refund and no response. I have all my documentation from the seller the contractor and the person that I paid to pull the permit. The fact that Jason new there was a problem with deliveries and getting orders he still took my second payment of $4,000 without saying a word. That was 7 months ago and 5 months ago he decides to tell me the roof come from china!!!!!!!! Ive asked for a refund with no response!!! read more
