When I reported the error, the company insisted I pay full price for D-3 instead of adjusting the contract. This caused significant inconvenience as I had to move everything to C-3. which was on the contract. I take full responsibility in the mistake I made. The company's policy prevented the manager from resolving this simply, by changing one letter, a C into a D (same size unit). I won't rent from them again due to the poor service of the company, NOT the fault of the manager there, it is the fault of the company itself, the manager was nice, it was totally out of her hands, she could not perform her job because of the company itself having such a terrible system to operate from.

I have been using this place for almost a year now and have no complaints. They continue to keep…read morethe buildings clean, the gate is always closed and working and staff has continued to be super friendly. There was even an incidence where I thought there was a dead cat in the building and it freaked me out. I called the front and the lady came with a broom and dust pan. She was freaked out too but was willing to brave it out in the name of customer service. Fortunately, the cat had moved by the time we went back in ready to remove it.

I stored my personal belongings at this facility from just 2 months before discovering the massive…read moreinfestation of rats! After checking in on my belongings I found rat feces everywhere and boxes with chewed holes. With the amount of feces, it was apparent that this was a very serious problem. I rearranged my travel schedule, flew back home early and spent a weekend cleaning out my belongings. I found the problem was much worse than what was in plain sight. The rats ate through my sneakers (Air Jordan's!), ate through all my bathroom supplies, laundry and cleaning supplies, anything plastic with liquid, they are through. Even the poison, they are! We found one large dead rat! There had to be so many! Insurance does not cover this! I was put thousands of dollars. Besides the mess and complete disgusting smell of rat piss and feces all over everything I own. The storage facility manager only offered to EXTEND my lease for 30 days for free. I was like, No Thanks! I don't want to leave my stuff in here a day longer than necessary. I through away so many things. It was disgusting and a very traumatic experience. I suggest not storing your belongings here unless you intend to throw them away! This is a recent and ongoing problem.
