I have taken my family 4 times in a year and while the prices may seem a little high at first once you get a taste of their creations it will be well worth it. This was a great place. Brought my nieces and nephews there and they truly enjoyed it and great customer service.

There's a lot of cool shops opening up with various gimmicks and themes and this is definitely one of the better ones. They have a ton of options and some unique stuff (bowl made of cereal) and while a lot of the gimmicky stuff can get old, their ice cream is actually good. You'd be fine going in and just asking for a scoop in a regular bowl. The fact that they offer so many more options is just a bonus. Check this place out. read more

Seriously the BEST customer service I've had EVER. Tired after work and trying to do something nice for 3 little ones. The staff made the visit special for them and even brought my toddler a drink when he started getting cranky. Arrived 15 minutes before they close and never once did I feel like a bother or that they were rushing us even though I'm sure they wanted to go home. Asked us if we'd been here before, told us how it works since we hadn't. His enthusiasm and knowledge was refreshing to see. They have items like red velvet, matcha, and cookie cones. Toppings are everything from cereal and pop tarts to gummies and chocolate chips. If you are having trouble deciding, ask for help.
