To be fair, they were fast and the trees are gone. They removed several large trees. However, the…read morejob was not completed as agreed. We contracted for four full tree removals including stump grinding plus an additional stump, but only 4 of the 5 stumps were ground. Additionally, the stumps that were addressed were only ground to the surface level and then covered over. We work in property management, and I have never had a professional tree company leave stumps ground only at the surface or concealed with debris. Industry standard is to grind stumps below grade, typically 6-12 inches, especially for properties that will be landscaped or maintained. Our regular vendors always grind stumps below grade. As for the fifth stump, we were told it would be taken care of, but despite follow‑ups, Ivan is no longer responding. If you need a tree guy in nor cal, keep looking

BEWARE of your initial contact because it is impressive. Completing the job needs some more effort.
