These guys did a really good job and made my home safer and property look better. They came to Forest Ranch and took down some dangerous trees, one of which broke the week prior and took out my back fence. They cleaned up the area and even stacked some of the wood they had cut. They also took down some broken branches in a tree that was hit by the one that feel in a storm. Good service, good price and the crew worked really hard. Will definitely use these guys in the future. read more

To be fair, they were fast and the trees are gone. They removed several large trees. However, the job was not completed as agreed. We contracted for four full tree removals including stump grinding plus an additional stump, but only 4 of the 5 stumps were ground. Additionally, the stumps that were addressed were only ground to the surface level and then covered over. We work in property management, and I have never had a professional tree company leave stumps ground only at the surface or concealed with debris. Industry standard is to grind stumps below grade, typically 6-12 inches, especially for properties that will be landscaped or maintained. Our regular vendors always grind stumps below grade. As for the fifth stump, we were told it would be taken care of, but despite follow‑ups, Ivan is no longer responding. If you need a tree guy in nor cal, keep looking read more

Unethical. Use caution. Ivan, a very polite gentleman, gave me an estimate to trim trees and put up lights. They did part of the job and said they would finish trimming, seal the cut limbs, and would put up the lights the next day. I thought he was an honest man so I paid him and said See you tomorrow. They never came back. He doesn't return texts or calls once paid. Still waiting for the lights which I wanted up for Christmas. I paid for them July of 2022. It's now 7/2023. BEWARE of your initial contact because it is impressive. Completing the job needs some more effort. read more

We have had this company do work in the past, and I must say they did not disappoint this time either! We have a half acre lot which had several overgrown and dangerous trees on it. They contracted to take out several large trees, and to thin & shape some others. In addition the ground all the stumps, even some that were decades old. We couldn't be more pleased. They cleaned up and made sure we were pleased with the work. They are worth your time and $ to have an estimate done. read more

They brought a team of 6, arrived early and did an amazing job trimming our big redwood trees and cleaning the debris off of the roof. We were very happy with their service, pricing and had great friendly attitudes from beginning to end. Highly recommend and we will use again for sure !!! read more

I'd been needing a tree service and had been unhappy with companies I'd used or contacted in the past. Based on a recommendation from a neighbor, I called Ivan. He was so friendly and courteous, along with being very quick to respond. His quote on a tree I needed to take out was beyond fair, so I also had him give me a quote on reshaping and thinning a large tree in my front yard. The members of his crew were just as friendly and super efficient, and their work was outstanding. They were also very conscientious about cleanup. Ivan showed up today and wrapped up the job with stump removal, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. I highly recommend A Beautiful Tree Service for your tree care needs! read more

Ivan the owner came out with his crew and removed 5 trees in a day and a half and when he left it was cleaner than when he got here. Did a great job and very professional. Will use for clean up on our 2 acres when needed! read more

The owner Ivan came out a did a free estimate. The prices were very reasonable. He was able to schedule me within a week. He and his team showed up on time. I had three trees cut down. His crew cut up the trees in firewood length for me. They removed all the slash and ground up the smaller limbs. One of the trees was close to the house and after it was down one of his crew members went up to the roof and blew it off. The crew stacked up the wood where I asked and completely cleaned the area around the trees and blew off all the concrete. Ivan told me he has been in the business for 23 years and has had his own company for the last seven years. I would highly recommend this company for tree removal! read more

One trimmed tree looked very nice. However, afterwards, there were wounds found on the trunk up the tree from the climber using spikes. Unknown if the tree will heal properly. There are holes up the trunk from these spikes. read more

I had downed trees at my rental and my own house after the snow storm in Redding. Ivan and his crew took care of the immediate issues right away, like clearing the driveway and releasing a fence so it could be replaced. The crew came out later to do the rest of the work. I am 99% happy with the work. There was a funky cut and a big dead branch left in one section at my house. When Ivan picked up the check he said he'd be out to take care of both of those things, he didn't like how they were left. I've called him twice; 1st- 'I'll be there Friday' and the 2nd time-'oh, tomorrow'. I've yet to see him again. The dead branch is over a structure I need to remove and blocking its easy access. I may be forced to hire someone else to remove that branch as it's too high up. read more

A Beautiful Tree Service did an exceptionally outstanding job of removing several large privet trees that were growing close to my house. They also trimmed back some enormous black walnut branches that had been looming over my roof for years. All in all, I would highly recommend this tree service company. They were professional, friendly, hard-working, informative and adaptable. They offered the best prices I could find, and were very careful not to damage my house or any of the numerous fruit trees growing in my yard while lowering massive, heavy branches. They also ground all the stumps very well, raked up and removed all the debris from the entire yard, chipped the wood, and were generally a joy to do business with. Highly recommended! read more

I contacted A Beautiful Tree Service to get an estimate to remove a dying tree. The manager, Ivan Camacho, quoted me a price of $1,200. When I said I wanted to get another estimate he lowered the price to $1,100. Largely ignorant of tree services and prices, I foolishly accepted the offer without consulting another tree service company. We originally scheduled the work for 8/22/2016, but advanced it to 8/19 when I had a change of plans. After talking with some people more knowledgeable about tree services, I became suspicious that I was being overcharged. I asked another tree service company, Bill's Tree Service, to make an estimate for the same job just to compare prices for future reference. On 8/19 at about 8 a.m. Ivan Camacho and two workers from A Beautiful Tree Service arrived and I requested a price for just removing the dead branches at the top of the tree. Ivan told me $950 and said it would take 3 hours. I agreed. I'd expected that they would bring their truck with bucket extension as was pictured on their business card, but they only brought their equipment and a chipper. They even had to ask me to use a ladder. The two workers began and Ivan left. After about 45 minutes Andy Nichols of Bill's Tree Service arrived and estimated their price for removing only the dead branches at $350 for about two hours work because they would use the bucket truck which was much faster. I was horrified to realize that I had been duped by A Beautiful Tree Service and charged over double what the job was worth. Edgar, one of the two workers from A Beautiful Tree Service, asked me who the guy who had come was and I told him about Bill's Tree Service estimate and asked him why I was paying so much for the same job. He made excuses and accused Bill's Tree Service of not paying workman's comp and other violations but I was not convinced. Ivan Camacho returned for the clean-up and the whole job took only 2 1/2 hours. I objected to Ivan that $950 was too much and paid only $750, which was still a $400 rip-off. I would not recommend A Beautiful Tree Service except for overtrimming bank accounts. read more
