We tried to be polite but it was not reciprocated. Her behavior made it where we ate the subpar food quickly as to try to leave since it was clear that she didnt want only our table there.

If that was the case, we weren't provide with that information or the option to sit inside since the hostess stand was outside. I ended up ordering the Monte Cristo, which was really good, but the portion sizes of my friends' food left something to be desired. Additionally, even though they seemed to have plenty of staff and weren't super busy, our service was lacking. I never got a refill on my water and our server didn't check back in very often.
