The brisket eggrolls were boring .. literally brisket, deep fried with BBQ sauce. The steak was unseasoned and served room temp (notice even the butter placed on top did not melt). I specifically asked if the grilled hamberry sandwich was actually grilled.. waiter stated Yes. Well no.. it was pieces of toast with the insides placed between. The cheese was not even melted. Thr saving grace were the mash potatoes and homemade chips .. super flavorful!!!

Biscuits were dry and salty, could not finish one. Seafood sad and skimpy. Grilled shrimp lifeless and plain. Won't ever return to a red lobster. Even the broccoli was mushy.

It felt like a special spot, and the booth seemed to quiet the dining room noise a bit. My companions had worried they weren't dressed up enough, but the atmosphere was comfortable and they were perfectly fine. Our server was great--friendly, fun, and attentive. She asked what brought us in and liked hearing about my restaurant project. I let her choose my second mocktail, and she picked the Cranberry Ginger Bubbler. I enjoyed both that and my Blueberry Lavender Lemon Drop. They were pretty drinks, and the Lemon Drop came in the cutest little glass. My companions tried the Pumpkin Spice White Russian and the Dragon Burst and enjoyed their drinks, too. We started with the Calamari Fritti, which got mixed reactions at our table. One person liked it and enjoyed one of the sauces; another thought the breading needed something more. They both tried the vegetables served with it, too. I also had the French Onion Soup. It was nice and cheesy, and the broth had a good flavor, though I would've liked it a little bolder. It wasn't my favorite French onion soup, but I enjoyed it. My companions both ordered Chicken Alfredo and liked it. One finished his entire plate, which is a sure sign he enjoyed it, and said he especially likes Parmesan-based sauces. I finally tried a Tomahawk Steak. It was tender and tasted good, and the long bone looked cool on the serving board. I just wish they had brought it out whole before cutting it. A lot of the pieces were fatty, and I finished the steak myself without any trouble even though it was described as one to share. The Mac and Cheese side was okay, but I thought it could use a little more seasoning. Next time I'd probably order a different cut of steak. I had hoped to try the Baked Alaska, but they were out, so we shared Chocolate Cake instead. The slice was huge--I could see it coming from across the room! It was rich and good, though a little dry. I'd go back, although it's a drive for us, and I'd try another steak or something else on the menu.

We all enjoyed the food, the waitress was very sweet and the restaurant was not crazy busy. We could hear each other quite well. I asked for water and asked her to disregard. I inquired about the fish and chips as I noted you can upgrade to get Walleye instead. Seemed like she had no idea what I asked as she gave the impression she thought it was something else other than fish. I ended up getting the cod as she recommended. Well, it tasted like frozen for a very long time. Chips- not the best. Instead of a bacon cheddar biscuit, the plate came with cornbread which was ok. Overall, probably a good place for drinks. Not sure I'll try again.
